這個房間是温泉主樓附帶的房間，不是隔壁的新的酒店，但對於短暫停留來説，整體差別不大。去隔壁酒店吃飯可以讓前台call酒店的接駁車，其實步行就是200米。室內私湯的感覺還是不錯的。室外也不錯。

五星的價格，三星的體驗，二星的服務。下午三點到店，房間都沒打掃好，近四點才能入住。到店之前我特地打電話，前台説晚上既有自助又有點餐，結果我沒有像樣的晚餐要到隔壁華邑去，好不容易走過去因為穿着浴袍被拒之門外。不得已衹能點外賣，離店時説好要退1000的按金到現在都沒退。酒店操作一下就能馬上退回，前台卻説要等七個工作日。嚴重質疑酒店的管理，消費者連起碼的知情權都沒有。

温泉♨度假村隔壁新開了一個洲際旗下五星酒店華邑，之前預訂的是度假村裡的湯屋 被前台轉到華邑入住，免費升級到豪華湖景房👍🏻。酒店新開業不久 服務非常nice 特別是前台主管紫薇各種温馨提示 讓人倍感温暖🌹

自駕來説還不錯，應該是新建的，旁邊啥都沒有。設施新，人少，池子挺多的，功能泉雖然不算特別多，但也可以了，畢竟人少。都是露天温泉，冬天去是有點冷，秋天應該很舒服

就為了能私密點泡温泉，可房間庭院外，放水太慢，水温太低，放了半池子水一摸，估計不超過15°，光下個腳都冷…身體怎麼下水？一個房間近3000，感覺太太太不值了。

住的是一樓最裡麪房間，房間內有點陳舊，關鍵是還空調外機聲響大，聯繫前台了告知客滿無法換房間。一晚上沒睡睡好。不滿意！
