衞生：比較乾淨的，就是走道地毯比較臟了，應該入住的人滿多的，房間裏面挺乾淨的，沒什麼味道
服務：餐廳和前台挺熱情的，見面會打招呼，有問題會迴應
設施：大廳有咖啡，客房馬桶下水不好，花灑也流水，空調製熱還行，就是晚上有點吵
不知道是不是外機的
交通：據説地鐵6號線馬上要開通了，現在最近的是有點距離的，有公交車。酒店也免費可以停車，掃碼出去很方便！

整體還是滿意的。
地鐵6號線還在建，最近的是3號線，不過走過去有點距離。有公交車101到拙政園，節假日都比較堵車，酒店附近還是比較好打車的。
前台小姑娘很有耐心的幫我們五個人打了商務車。也很耐心的解釋了蘇州景點。拙政園要預約，沒有票了，推薦我們去的留園和山塘街，離酒店最近的是虎丘塔，我們也去了，環境可以。
房間不算大，但是挺乾淨的。就是沒有塑料拖鞋，和前台反饋後，多送了條地巾。下水口堵住了，工程師來弄好了。洗漱杯和浴巾都是塑封的。還有一次性的洗臉巾，感覺很方便！
停車是免費的，出去不限次數！很方便也很人性化！
春節期間，早餐人實在太多了，我們就拿了雞蛋和酸奶，水果都沒來得及上就被搶光了！建議大家非必要錯開出行～

大廳有免費的咖啡、紅茶和書籍，性價比高
停車免費，沒有限制次數
晚上稍微不隔音，早餐沒有去吃，聽説開到10:00的，但是我們還是起不來

勝在服務和衞生不錯，整體算是滿意的。停車免費，掃碼出去挺方便！早餐是購買的，我們定的含早的，品類還算可以，有小圓子、煎蛋、沙拉、湯麪🍜四樓可以清洗衣服，還可以烘乾，就是高峯期大家都要排隊，早上還是服務員幫我拿衣服收到房間的，服務很不錯👍另外，大廳還有打印機和小零食、咖啡、果茶！蠻好的！

性價比高，100多的房間質量真的很可以了，周邊商場也多，開市客、迪卡儂、永旺都在這個周邊，服務態度真的很好，看到我拿杯子會主動問我需不需要熱水、推薦
