The second time I stayed at James Coffee, I was very disappointed compared to the first time. The first time I was in Yan'an, I felt very good; this time in Suzhou, the facilities were old, the sewers in the room stinked very badly, and I could only sleep with the windows open at night; The reception desk ignores the questions, asks any questions, and answers without saying a word, asks for a cup of coffee, which is a bit long-winded, and then gives you a cup of almost clean coffee water. 酒店位置還不錯，離木瀆古鎮也近，晚上逛一下很方便。
酒店乾淨，服務員態度一般，用積分兑換的早餐硬説沒有，後來發現他自己搞錯了。真的是工作態度有待提高啊！
