想罵人！不想休息好的就住這個假的白玉蘭！
白瞎我大上海白玉蘭的名聲！揚州的白玉蘭也好很多！住完這個酒店回家休息兩個晚上才緩過來一些！
真的想罵人啊！
衞生：垃圾要死，床單上和牀頭櫃都是煙灰！
設施：第一個房間窗子關不上，換的第二個房間電話打不了！4樓空調老舊，遙控器不好用，最後手動站起來關！這是蘇州的酒店嗎？西藏都沒有這莫樣的！比新疆設施還老！馬桶沖完了花花一直響！這麼多年在蘇州碰到這樣的酒店，真的無了個大語了！
環境：隔音，一點都沒有！吵死，隔壁講話就是可以聽到，大半夜個**不睡覺！那個破門就兩層板！

酒店隔壁就是沃爾瑪超市，入住停車免費。出門交通方便，入住乾淨衞生。服務熱情，早餐實惠。附近有24小時肯德基。唯一遺憾是臨街，整晚車輛行駛產生的噪音不停，關閉窗户也消除不了噪音，太影響睡眠，窗户隔音功能有待加強。

非常滿意，酒店地理位置很好. 旁邊就有地鐵步行2-3分鐘. 可以去平江路想要打卡的店都很方便. 房間雖然小點但是酒店房間打掃的很乾凈，睡的很舒服，人員也是很熱情，小姐姐們始終保持着微笑,有什麼要求也能迅速解決。總體來説性價比很不錯，如果以後短期再來玩會考慮再住.

非常不錯的一次入住，酒店環境好，房間打掃的很乾凈，出門旁邊200米就有地鐵，打車也方便，酒店可以洗衣服還可以烘乾，這點很好不會儲存臟的衣服了。前台小姐姐還幫忙收了一下衣服送到我的房間，我都忘記我洗衣服了。非常感謝！推薦額！

這是第三次住這裏了，酒店周邊交通方便，旁邊有地鐵，沃爾瑪就在邊上，吃飯購物不用愁。剛從錦江之星升級為白玉蘭，房間都是新裝修的，清爽乾淨，服務很到位，有需要打電話給前台，一會就會送東西過來。外賣也不用下去拿，店裡有送單機器人，還準備馬桶了一次性坐墊，看我們帶着小孩，給孩子準備了牙刷拖鞋，還給小朋友準備了小禮物.，停車呢衹能停放24小時超過了要6元/小時. 當時我回來比較晚前台很人性化多給了一張停車卡. 很棒的住宿體驗。

酒店位置極好酒在地鐵口，出行方便，免費停車，房間不是特別大，但是不影響入住，房間乾淨明亮，服務人員都很熱情，幫忙寄存行李，幫忙燒開水，體驗感很好。一次非常好的入住體驗，下次來蘇州還開這家。
