Came to Suzhou for the weekend and chose this Atour hotel. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. The front desk staff was very thoughtful; seeing we had a lot of luggage, they proactively helped us carry it. Breakfast included noodles and congee, which filled us up before heading out. Most importantly, it's close to the outlet mall, so after shopping, it was just a short walk back to the hotel, no need to carry heavy bags far. I'll definitely come back next time.

Highly recommend for light sleepers! I used to stay in rooms facing the street and would be bothered by traffic noise. After communicating my concerns, they arranged for me to stay in a renovated room with amazing soundproofing thanks to the double-glazed windows. The bedding was as comfortable as always, and I slept incredibly soundly all night. The service was also very attentive. Overall, a fantastic stay.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the laundry room had been completely renovated and upgraded during this stay! The all-in-one washer and dryer is super efficient, getting everything done in under an hour. A staff member even offered help, which was incredibly convenient for business travelers, saving a lot of waiting time. I dropped off my clothes in the morning, and they were ready to pick up right after breakfast, without any delay to my schedule. The experience was absolutely fantastic!

The room was clean, and the mattress and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The shower had great water pressure and heated up quickly. For breakfast, I had freshly made noodles, which tasted delicious. The location was easy to find, and parking was convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Suzhou Industrial Park.

They quickly helped us with directions and even lent us a charging cable, always with a warm smile and never showing any impatience. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, the bathroom had no strange odors, and the mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too hard. Our good mood for the trip started the moment we checked in, thanks to the visible dedication of the front desk staff. I genuinely recommend this place!

very nice， near theme park and outlet mall

Choosing this hotel for our family trip with a child was a brilliant decision! The room was spacious, clean, and free of any strange odors. The bathroom area was thoughtfully designed and convenient. Plus, it's super easy to get around and find places to eat nearby. The hotel was quiet, not noisy at all, so my child slept soundly. The staff were all so gentle and patient. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and it's definitely worth coming back for another family vacation!

The room looks exactly like the pictures online. The decor is simple and tasteful, just like the name suggests. The cleanliness is impeccable; it's so clean that you feel completely at ease staying here. While the breakfast selection isn't as vast as a five-star hotel, the quality is excellent, and many dishes are thoughtfully prepared and even tastier than what you'd find at a five-star.
