The bath towel is disposable (the kind of large face towel) and the process of using the shower head is a little painful... I originally booked a bathtub room and wanted to go to the hotel to take a bath at night to feel comfortable when I was tired from playing during the day. However, there was no hot water at night. I left it there for most of the day and there was no hot water. The next night I got up to wash up and there was hot water again. I was really speechless and the room was super.
