Facilities: The hardware facilities are complete and all from well-known brands, including an automatic toilet (Panasonic), shower and faucet (Kohler), and refrigerator (Siemens). The central air conditioning cools very well. I really liked the decor style. Cleanliness: The room had no strange odors, and the bedding was clean and tidy. Environment: Downstairs is a pedestrian street and a shopping mall. It's about a ten-minute walk to the nearest subway station (Heshan). Service: The staff were very friendly and tried their best to accommodate all requests.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and most importantly, quiet. You need a key card to access the elevators, which adds to the security. The service is great. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Suzhou.

The hotel is located in Lvbao Plaza. The main entrance is on the pedestrian street. If you arrive from Changjiang Road, you'll need to walk through the mall to reach it. Although the entrance is right next to the Exit of Metro Line 3, it's quite a long walk underground, about ten minutes or so. We booked a two-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom suite. The master bathroom has a bathtub and a smart toilet, while the guest bathroom has a shower and a standard toilet. The windows in the rooms cannot be opened. The living room features a four-person dining table and chairs, and a sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, pots, pans, and dishes. The breakfast was average, with basic options available.

Fantastic hotel! We booked an executive suite with a balcony, living room, and bedroom, and the balcony actually connected both the bedroom and the living room. It was our first stay here, bringing my parents to Suzhou, and the overall experience was excellent. There's a mall right across the street with Metro Line 3. If you want to go to Jinji Lake or the Gate of the Orient, you'll need to walk about a kilometer to catch Line 1 at Tayuan Road Station.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Greenland Plaza, with supermarkets, malls, and restaurants all within close proximity. Suzhou Museum, which is definitely worth a visit, is also nearby. The room was very spacious and clean, the service was good, and the breakfast was decent.

Ascott is truly a hotel with integrity. Even during Chinese New Year, the room rates didn't increase much. The only thing is that the two-bedroom apartments were quite popular, so on our third day, we had to book two one-bedroom apartments separately. Mr. Lu at the front desk was excellent; he arranged for us to have two adjoining rooms. The rooms, living room, and bathroom were all very spacious, giving us a homely feel. A special shout-out goes to Auntie Wen, the cleaner. We happened to see her cleaning, and she was exceptionally warm and friendly. She was very meticulous in her work and even mentioned that the bathtub is disinfected and cleaned with disinfectant every time, which is truly reassuring.

I will stay here every time I’m on my business trip. Everything is perfect, good service, excellent house keeping, very spacious room & very clean. I especially like the washer in the room itself.

The hotel facilities are good, and the front desk staff and room cleaner are friendly. Breakfast choices can be more variety.

The room was great!👍 I got a complimentary glass of wine (150ml) at茉莉小馆 restaurant in Lvbao Plaza. The restaurant is good too! 👍 There are many attractions nearby, and Shishan Park is particularly unique! Metro Line 3 is right downstairs in Lvbao Plaza, and there are plenty of charging stations available!

The hotel is located in Lvbao Plaza, with a wide variety of restaurants and eateries downstairs. The breakfast is nutritious and plentiful. The room was exceptionally clean. The kitchen and bathroom are particularly spacious. It's perfect for a family of four.

We arrived at the hotel in the morning, well before the standard check-in time. However, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, and they managed to find a room for us to check into right away. It was a lovely, clean, and spacious junior suite, and we had a very comfortable stay. I'd definitely recommend this place for both short and long stays.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right inside Green Emerald Plaza with tons of shops nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is plentiful and hygienic. The staff are very polite to guests, making you feel right at home!

Overall, I was a very nice stay. Room is very clean. Breakfast is good with mixed style with mainly Chinese cuisine. The location is next to the shopping mall but very distance from the metro.
