酒店裝修大氣，距離虎丘和留園很近，房間乾淨整潔，佈置很温馨每天都有晚安牛奶和便簽上有些天氣預報，真好，服務很周到，每次問些問題解答都很耐心。

值得一提的是送餐服務非常好。衞生整體還算不錯，但是進門的時候就看到有一個櫻桃核，第二天阿姨打掃過還是有那個櫻桃核，不懂為啥不清掃掉，扣了很大的印象分。晚餐時間9點半就結束了，娃磨蹭一下9點20下去就沒有了，如果早餐費沒享用的話能退就好了。

元旦假期和到山塘街玩，定了兩間房，整體感覺很棒，從酒店的園林式風格，到服務都很不錯，房間很大，衞生也做的很好，晚上牀頭櫃還温馨的放了兩瓶牛奶和手寫安語，點贊，400不到的費用性價比超高

環境好，房間大，停車方便，位置好，步行可達山塘街。起個早步行去西園寺，然後沿路逛寒山寺和虎丘塔，半天搞定三個景點。

酒店停車場很大，距離留園和虎丘都很近。房間寬敞，還配有商務辦公桌椅，網線和wifi都有，非常方便。衞生間有浴缸和淋浴房，潔具都是Toto。
早飯是自助餐，有面點、糕點、炒飯、炒麪、蔬菜、水果，雞蛋，牛奶、果汁，非常豐富。
這裡是你商務、旅遊好住處，還會再次光顧。

必行到過揚州蘇州紹興杭州。最無語最失望的酒店就是這家！真是崩潰到極點！首先，工作人員（除了行李大哥和做衞生的大姐是不錯的外）每一個都是傲嬌皇族吧？三星級都不如的硬件，到底驕傲在哪裡？服務在哪裡？早餐質量也是差到爆！連快捷酒店都不如！那個房間的空調啊，哪怕是低風也是戰鬥機般的轟隆聲！這是20年前裝修的吧？麻煩酒店管理層親自來住一下！親自感受下轟炸機噪音的空調是如何讓人失眠到天亮的！

酒店離留園和西園寺很近步行可至，去七里山塘走二十分鐘也到了。打的去虎丘，寒山寺幾分鐘，打的去蘇州站和拙政園十來分鐘。小朋友最愛酒店的小庭院，每次出入都要在裏面走走。房間很寬敞，家庭房帶娃住很舒適，兩張1.5米的床，放行李的位置也夠多。送了牛奶和果籃，很驚喜。酒店裡的工作人員都很親切，令人賓至如歸。
