前台小姐姐有禮貌，會主動問候，一直都笑眯眯的，感覺很親切，還幫我免費延遲了退房時間，小姐姐超讚的！房間有座機可以打前台電話 給我解決了很多問題。房問免費礦泉水，無線網，房問住起來很舒服，睡眠質量非常棒，前台還非常的貼心。

帶着小孩第一次來東潤入住，進入大廳前台就很熱情的打招呼，讓我倍感親切，工作專業高效，很快辦理好了入住，詢問了附近遊玩景點，無論是對於酒店訊息還是周邊介紹都非常詳細，為我提供了極大的幫助，還免費提供了茶水零食，還有各種吃的可以選購，還特地給我挑選了大房間，進房間燈光的亮度剛剛好，讓人很温馨，真的很棒的一次出行。

酒店位置還算好找停車也方便邊上就是停車場，前台服務不錯吃飯買生活用品的話外賣外送會比較方便，方內設施比較老舊維護的也沒那麼好，淋浴間的鋼化門都快掉下來了吹風機也是壞的。

什麼店長帶什麼兵，店長加前台服務一塌糊塗，態度惡劣，不真心接受反饋！漏洞百出，一忍再忍，住個破店接二連三出問題！給開的房間去前台刷了兩次房卡都進不去，保安給開了房門裡麪竟然有人已入住，半夜開人家門給人嚇夠嗆！然後我又入住了隔壁238！前台拿的洗漱用品是二次回收利用的，上銹，膏體空無。發票不給開！
設施：老破舊臟
衞生：臟，枕頭一股子煙味，
環境：百元以下老賓館的環境
服務：極其惡劣
