房間乾淨無異味，床品舒適，歐式裝修風格我很喜歡，設施完備，網絡信號好，出門就是觀前街，吃的種類繁多，購物方便，在地鐵1、4號線換乘站樂橋，步行幾分鐘就到，出行便利，前台小姐姐推薦的夜遊平江路、山塘街，夜景很美，24小時前台，熱情提供幫助，服務熱情，態度親切，下次還來

挺好的酒店。位置在宮巷，毗鄰熱鬧的步行街，對面是停車場和教堂。訂的loft，家庭住非常合適。房間整潔，南向有窗，空氣好，很寬敞。驚喜的是房間還有一架鞦韆很有趣。前台服務很熱情周到。

到達酒店之前就有專人來電告知具體停車場位置並提前説明會有停車費，酒店就在觀前街幾分鐘路程內所以表示理解。
給我們辦理入住的前台帥哥人特別好，始終是微笑服務，看我們一家四口特意給我們升家庭房，房間面積超大，內有立式空調另外還有洗衣機，真是大驚喜。
環境沒得説，走三五分鐘就能到觀前街，怡園也就走路七八分鐘，周邊吃的，逛的非常方便，去平江路也走路就到了
非常給力的一次入住體驗，強推！
有一説一唯一美中不足的一點要提出來就是酒店樓下可能是飯店，開窗會有油煙跑進房間裏，這個希望能改進。

關於此次入住：1、酒店在可以做到的前提下沒有為我預留想要的房型，且該房間與我訂的房型是一種房型，前一天的住客沒有續住的情況下為什麼不能預留房間 2、在我向酒店反饋溝通後，以及和攜程溝通後，酒店給的3次回覆前後出奇的不一致：沒房到有親子房到有大床房 3、酒店宣傳圖片和實際房間嚴重不符合，裝修老舊，破爛不堪，洗手池出水設備損壞，空調損壞，牆壁裝修嚴重脱落，宣傳圖標的房間面積和實際面積嚴重不符合 4、在攜程和酒店溝通後，酒店仍然採取不作為的方式 5、大半夜凌晨3點，有人在房間門口大喊大哭，該敲門，向酒店反映情況，討要説法，酒店衹是説其他房間客人喝多了，在我強烈要求的情況下，前台讓我加微信，保證第二天會有經理聯繫我，但是第二天退房之後，向該微信發消息也沒有任何迴應，也沒有經理聯繫我處理這件事，攜程也向店家溝通了，仍然採取不作為的方式，總之大家避個雷吧，下面我附幾張酒店的設施照片，以及和酒店微信溝通的聊天記錄
