酒店位置很方便，離地鐵站近在咫尺利於出行。餐飲周邊選擇很多，有萬達等大型綜合體。雖然在最後入住的當晚發生了不愉快，氣到爆炸！但是總體最終解決，算滿意。在此表揚當晚前台值班的那位女值班人員，態度很好值得表揚👍

衞生：衞生差 床單上頭髮 床品發黃幸虧帶了一次性床單被罩 牀頭櫃桌子都有灰，2.1號客人寫的卡片還在 衞生間上一個客人留的香皂還在一次性杯子上放着 放洗漱的槽子也是毛髮 地上也是
環境：一進大廳就有怪味

交通方便服務態度熱情挺好的，周邊有地鐵兩三分鐘就到了。房間整齊乾淨。從蘇州火車站地鐵2號線兩站路就到了，我是春節初一過去旅遊人比較多，旅遊的人多了，來回走道就是有點吵，我想這在所有酒店都應該去會出現的情況，能夠理解的，我和孩子住的很滿意。

酒店離地鐵口非常近，旁邊就是萬達廣場，購物非常方便，早餐22元一位，比較實惠，前台工作人員也比較熱情，住的比較舒心。
