The hotel's location is superb! It's right next to Humble Administrator's Garden, and Suzhou Museum and Lion Grove Garden are just a 10-minute stroll away. Plus, Metro Line 6 goes directly to Tiger Hill – extremely convenient! The hotel itself features traditional Suzhou-style architecture, making for a wonderful travel and stay experience. If you're driving, you can contact the hotel in advance, and they'll guide you to drive into their spacious courtyard for parking.

The hotel staff were very enthusiastic and even gave us a small gift when we checked out during the holiday, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the family room we booked had decent space. The hotel is very close to Humble Administrator's Garden, and Suzhou Museum is also within walking distance, which is super convenient! [Love]

Extremely satisfied! The hotel is very close to the scenic area; Humble Administrator's Garden is right outside. Our car was too hot, and they even helped us store our fruit in the fridge, which was fantastic service. Downstairs, there's a small blackboard with a simple map and food recommendations.

The hotel's location is excellent, just around the corner from the Humble Administrator's Garden entrance, and the exit of the garden is right by the hotel's doorstep. If proximity is your main concern, this is a perfect choice. However, if you prioritize the quality of your stay, please note that the basic room type I booked was on the 3rd floor. The elevator doesn't go directly to the 3rd floor; you have to take it to the 2nd floor, then walk through a corridor and take the stairs up to the 3rd floor. Also, food deliveries don't come up to the rooms here. All deliveries are left on a shelf on the first floor, and there are no robots to bring them up. When I went down to get my delivery, I asked the front desk, and they said staff could help bring it up, but I'm not sure if that's always the case, as the front desk didn't mention this when the delivery person asked in the morning. Everything else was pretty good. It's expected that prices are higher during holidays. For those who prefer a more spacious room, I wouldn't recommend the basic room type; it's a bit too small. Finally, when we checked into our room, there were some sticky spots on the floor. The cleaning staff could be a bit more attentive.

On our self-driving trip to Suzhou in spring 2026, our main focus was the Humble Administrator's Garden and the Suzhou Museum, enjoying the flowers and gardens. We booked a family room, which had 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The room was spacious, clean, and had an antique charm. It's incredibly close to both the Humble Administrator's Garden and the Suzhou Museum, and there's a snack street right downstairs, making shopping and getting around very convenient. What's more, the family room was quiet, the beds were comfortably firm yet soft, and the pillows were just right. This meant we had excellent sleep quality for both nights, which provided us with plenty of energy for our few days of sightseeing!

I stayed at this hotel with my team from March 14–17, 2023, and honestly, it was such a good experience. There were 13 of us, and even before we arrived, the staff replied to all our questions super quickly and very clearly. When we checked in, I felt relieved right away—this was my first time in China, and the hotel’s location made everything easier. It’s surrounded by tourist spots, restaurants, souvenir shops, and convenience stores, so we didn’t have to worry about anything. The room was clean, organized, and smelled really nice thanks to the soap and shampoo. The front desk staff were also really helpful. Even though we used a translation app to communicate, we still got everything we needed.
