衞生：真的無語了，當天晚上住的比較着急，確實也比較晚，馬上11點了，就着急忙慌入住了，結果，被子一掀開，一根女人的長頭髮，我真的也是無語了死了，為了不影響我後面的旅行心情，就沒想着跟前台battle，畢竟人家一女的，我還有朋友，實在不好意思，但是越想越氣。。。。靜靜等待解決措施

這個門面看起來不太好，當時我老公看到説，要不換一個吧，把這個退了，後來走到門口，看了，感覺還行，其實這個酒店挺大的，洗衣房，健身房都有，裏面超級大，也挺乾淨的，而且，那個管家特別好，哈哈，走路迷路了，給我們帶到房間門口，酒店畫的板報很好看，還有旅遊攻略

靠近蘇州火車站北廣場，便捷度自然沒的説。裝修很現代化，也還蠻乾淨。插頭充足。前台的小哥哥和小姐姐服務很好，習慣極限旅遊趕火車的小夥伴可以考慮。 PS:酒店周圍道路都是禁停區，如果習慣打車的旅客需要步行一段路到蘇州站出租/網約車上客區才能坐上車，建議儘量選擇其他公共交通工具。

房間很乾凈，而且很安靜，距離火車站這麼近的酒店已經是非常好的了。前台認真負責還幫長者加了被子。。總之體驗感非常棒。下次來還住這。

在蘇州火車站對面，過個馬路走幾步就到，附近叫外賣都挺方便的，但是打車屬於火車站管制區不太好滴滴，要麼去火車站裡要麼走出管制區打。三人間空間足夠了，家庭房充滿童趣，各項軟硬件都沒大差錯，對應性價比還是很高。就是靠牆這張床，躺上面時常能聞見一股黴味，不知是否是因為靠近衞生間下水道的返臭還是怎麼的。

非週末節假日的性價比很高。房間雖然不算很大，但也不侷促，恰到好處；設施較新使用便捷；早餐的煮麪很好吃，可惜沒拍照，整體品質也過得去；水吧的花果袋茶很好喝👍周邊交通便捷、快餐為主。前台登記入住小哥脾氣很好，小姐姐也很真誠。整體值得推薦👍

地段十分好，房間就可以看到蘇州站，步行五分鐘到達北廣場。房間夠大，裝修挺新的，設施也很齊全。服務非常好。我們缺了一雙拖鞋，客房部不僅馬上送來，還順便把牙刷也拿來了。點外賣可以讓機器人送上門。今晚繼續住如家！
