Nice location next to the lake , I stayed in a corner room with nice view, even the staffs were not that much English speaking but they tried to help as much as possible. The Chinese restaurant was also nice , the food was awesome, I also tried the buffet dinner which quite satisfied for the variety foods and tastes

The staff at the Wyndham was very nice. The breakfast food was quite good, and our room was spacious and clean. The beds were super comfortable. The hotel is on a nice lake with good views and walking or biking paths. The hotel has tandem bikes available to borrow. Other than the lake, there aren't a lot of options of things to do in the area, so come only if you're looking for a quiet getaway. There are some good Chinese restaurants nearby. The swimming pool is very, very cold. They should consider heating the pool, our kids were hoping to do a lot of swimming but couldn't stand being in the pool for very long. There was also some noise each night we were there--families being noisy in the hallway or music playing (not sure if it was from the street or from an event at the hotel). It got quiet each night by 9:30pm. Lastly, the rooms have several lights that come on with a motion sensor around the entryway and bathroom. This sounds like a nice idea but it is terrible for those who actually sleep in the room. Every time someone gets up at night to go to the bathroom, the lights go on--very annoying.

The hotel has a good environment, the room faces the lake view, the bathroom and washing area are separated into dry and wet areas, it feels very comfortable to live in, Xiao Xu's service is very good~ Let's talk about the hotel's catering, it deserves five stars, the buffet breakfast and buffet dinner are relatively rich, and there are also Suzhou characteristics, I will come again next time. 

The hotel is in a prime location, with large rooms and a beautiful lake view. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas and has a reasonable layout. There are charging piles in the underground garage and plenty of parking spaces. Account manager Xu Bo is enthusiastic and always answers questions. The recommended surrounding attractions are beautiful, which made our trip worthwhile and we had a perfect holiday. Thumbs up for Xiao Xu! I will choose to stay here again when I come to Fenhu next time.

This time I came here on the recommendation of my friend. It is really nice here. From the warm reception of Miss Han when I checked in to the comfortable and hygienic accommodation environment, everything is great. For example, guests will be given ice drinks, hot drinks and snacks in the lobby. For example, the baby who stays in will be given a cute check-in toiletries package. For example, if the height exceeds the standard, the restaurant will not force the difference, and will rent bicycles to guests. The road around the lake is also clearly stated in advance... and so on and so forth. Facilities: Although the hotel is a bit old, it is well maintained. Hygiene: Generally very clean, no thunder. Environment: Let's talk about what parents and families can do when staying. The surrounding area is mainly various ancient towns. It is really a good experience to enter Xitang Ancient Town at 8:30 in the morning. Those who like bars can also relax in the evening. In addition to the ancient town, we studied nearby parks suitable for parents and children: Tongli Lake Wetland Park, 20 minutes drive. Children's forest exploration, wetland museum, karts, etc. There are not many people and parking is convenient. (But it is a long way from the city center, 1 hour by car, which is acceptable) Service: The ladies at the front desk are very patient, and any problems are handled and arranged from the perspective of the guests. Special thanks to Xiao Yin for making our two adults and two children stay so comfortable. We will come again next time we come to Suzhou.

There were people everywhere during the May Day holiday, but I didn't want to stay at home, so I chose this Suzhou hotel closest to Shanghai! I checked in before 2 o'clock, which was very convenient and fast. I also gave a doll when I brought my baby! The hotel package on Ctrip, with a buffet dinner, is very cost-effective! Although the buffet dinner does not have too many varieties of dishes, it is still a "hard product", and each person has half a small green dragon! The rest are all-you-can-eat, and there are even red wine and cocktails😄 Manager Yin's service is thoughtful. If you have any needs, just tell Manager Yin and he will get it done immediately! The children's playground is a little small, and it's no problem for children to discharge for an hour. There seem to be more children coming to swim! The breakfast is not bad, and I like Suzhou-style soup noodles very much! The room is quite large, not only is the dry and wet separated, but the toilet and shower are also separated, and there is a cloakroom! Overall, it's a good hotel. Although there are many people on May Day, it does not affect the experience, and the price is also OK!

On the way to Yixing, we stopped at Wujiang, Suzhou. The room was large and fully functional. There are some ancient towns around. There is an artificial lake downstairs where you can take a walk. Many stalls will open at night for convenient living. Parking is free and it is recommended to park on the ground. There is a Cantonese meal for two for dinner. The price is high and the taste is very good, but it is less than 300. The lobby manager Xiao Xu is enthusiastic and took us to visit the lobby and executive lounge.

We have lost count of how many times we have stayed at this hotel since it opened in 2018. The main reason is that it is very cost-effective. The surrounding area is Daqudang and Fenhu Lake, and the environment is beautiful. The rooms are fully equipped. Each room is equipped with a large round table for guests to play cards and have fun in the room. If you need a stool, you can send it with a phone call, which is very convenient. There are ground and underground garages for parking, so parking is worry-free. There are free drinks and bottled mineral water in the lobby for guests to use. The lobby manager Xiao Yin is very warm and thoughtful. If guests need help, they can basically get it.

Whether it is from the service, catering or environment, it is a home-like experience. The hotel room is clean and comfortable, and the lake view room is enough to take in the beautiful scenery. The rippling lake during the day and the lights at night complement each other. During the stay, I experienced the hotel's buffet breakfast and buffet dinner, which are of high quality and enthusiastic service attitude. For dinner, there is a small green dragon for each person, a variety of barbecue, Hong Kong-style dim sum, Chinese stir-fry, seasonal vegetables, dessert cakes, sashimi seafood, etc., and drinks are also cocktails and wines. There are many kinds. I would like to mention that the desserts here are very delicate. It can be seen that the chef is quite accomplished in shape and taste. It is the kind of just right taste, sweet but not greasy. The manager is very good. Because of the rush to catch the bus, he helped me arrange a late check-out, so I don’t have to wait at the station. It was a wonderful experience. If you come here next time, continue to choose here!

The hotel is only a dozen kilometers away from Suzhou South Railway Station, and it is not easy to get stuck in traffic. It is not far from Tongli Ancient Town, Xitang Ancient Town, and Jinxi Ancient Town. The room design is relatively reasonable, and the bathroom and washroom are in two spaces so that they can be undisturbed. The bathroom also has a separate washbasin that is inductive. The glass next to the bathtub can be misted or transparent. The design is more humane.
