A resort with exclusive waters. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Tongli Ancient Town. It takes ten minutes to walk to the ferry to take a boat to Luoxingzhou—the island in the center of Tongli Lake, and Luohua Island, where there is a Zen temple. Even if you stay in the resort, the resort is surrounded by greenery and has complete recreational facilities. It is very suitable for spending quiet and noisy weekends with the whole family.

設施：有些舊了，小童帳篷下面的小童墊已經曬得發白看不清圖案，洗手池兩個洗手池的出水口，不銹鋼已經生銹，衞生間瓷磚舊了。
衞生：還好，沒太大問題，主要房間有潮黴味，衣櫥發黴了，大片黴斑。
建議不選一樓
環境：房間氛圍感好，洗手池孩子喜歡。大環境很不錯，最喜歡的一點
服務：早餐自助小姐姐有耐心，前台小姐姐也很不錯。做華夫餅的小哥熊貓小哥都很棒，總體感覺推薦去

刷牙杯子還有牙膏痕跡，浴室牆壁一塌糊塗。房間超級超級大的發黴味道且潮濕。樓外牆皮散落。前台給小朋友贈送禮物並不熱情，並不推薦一期住宿，太差的體驗感。房間還有漏水滴水聲音，完全影響睡眠。室外環境還不錯。室內環境無法滿足正常差旅需求。

一期確實比較老，房間翻新過，但是別墅一樓太潮了黴味很重，過敏性鼻炎馬上觸發。。假期客人很多，早餐擁擠，但是早餐很豐富，非高峯期應該體驗不錯。親子設施很好。服務也很好！

這次預訂的是一期，入住以後發現空調不制熱，一期的裝修時間比較久，設施差一點，反映後，客服部經理等及時前來處理，幫我們調整到二期。
設施：齊全，房間寬敞整潔。
衞生：床鋪潔白乾凈。
環境：度假村緊鄰同裏湖，到古鎮開車幾分鐘，步行估計10幾分鐘。
服務：發現問題及時處理，認真負責解決，崔小姐主動跟進。入住有水果，離店相送。
早餐品種豐富，就餐環境舒適。
總之同裏湖度假村還是不錯的。一期再改造一下更好。
