很滿意的入住體驗，可以免費停車，前台服務態度很好，給房卡同時還告知我們電梯和房間的位置，很貼心。房間很大備了一次新用品還送兩瓶礦泉水，來之前看評論褒貶不一，入住後發現除了設施一般，這個價位性價比和服務真的很不錯了，走之前房間落了東西，前台經理還聯繫我們給寄過來了，好👍

衞生很乾凈
服務態度非常好，特別是幾個前台還有負責一日遊的一個大叔很熱情，我們停車都是他一直在幫忙指揮，第二天報了酒店的團 方便便宜 走的優輔通道 不用排隊還有導遊講解 很奈斯！

我從來不評論的，但這家必須點贊。前台服務的小美女可愛又人性化，來得早年齡大了需要安靜的房間她就一間間帶我挑，關鍵是我已經付款了不能取消的情況下還有這服務，你們是贊不讚。在來説房間又大好，地理位置又優，總之就是好！

酒店地處市中心，出行方便，有免費停車場。前台非常熱情，業務專業，服務一流。房間寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生。酒店大廳有旅遊攻略，並有多條旅遊線路推薦。我切身經歷，性價比很高。到蘇州旅遊，值得體驗!

位置好，衞生乾淨，服務態度很好，也很熱情，有自己的停車場🅿️，很方便。離拙政園，獅子林，博物館景點都不遠，地鐵，公交站都方便。周邊吃的東西也方便。推薦大家看看。

酒店幫忙免費升級房間 很感謝
但是，酒店天花板非常的破舊有很多污漬，其次地面也很臟，再次隔音效果巨差我住了這麼多酒店就沒有住過隔音效果這麼差的酒店能清楚地聽到隔壁兩個房間人到底在講什麼對話我都能聽得一清二楚。然後我們是開了車來的，他這個酒店自帶一個停車場，但是那個停車場就是廢棄的一個停車場裏面的灰塵巨多無比，我剛洗完的新車在我開到停車場的那一剎那變得非常的臟，把裏面的內飾都踩得非常的臟，灰塵特別重。好像好像那個廢棄的爛尾樓。他那個房間真的配不上他的價位。

近地鐵，酒店好找，地理位置優越，附近景點很方便，旁邊一間老孃舅的飯好好吃，可以行李寄存，就是隔音不好，隔壁房間的電視聲很大，續住翻倍貴，衹住了一晚
