Very average hotel..but the location is good if you want to travel pudong next day.

The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly.
The breakfast is delicious and there are many convenient facilities nearby.
I always plan to use it when I travel to Suzhou.

It is a convenient location to go to Dongri, an old town, and is near Ujang Bus Terminal. The location and facilities are great. Although accessibility to the city is poor, it is good to be able to take Line 4 in one go.

The Wi-Fi of this Vienna network is too bad and only has two signals. It was reported to the staff that it was worse, and the guests were asked to use their mobile phones to flow. They said that the room was full, and the network was too bad to be solved! In the end, I complained to the authorities before changing the room. The network improved a bit, but it still didn't work well!
