Due to the rush of this trip, there is no strategy for accommodation in advance. I arrived in Suzhou at 6 o’clock on the same day. Generally, the hotel needs to check in at 2 pm. I didn’t intend to visit this home. There is only one floor room in the morning, and I immediately took a taxi. After checking in, the lady at the front desk said that there was a check-out on the same day to help change rooms. The whole service attitude was very good, the room decoration is relatively new, and the living experience is also very good! The store is about 10 minutes' walk from Metro Line 4, and it is very convenient to travel. It is not far from Shiquan Street, Canglang Pavilion, Guanyin Street and the Internet celebrity check-in spots "Red House", "Peach Blossom Spring" and "Yang Yuxing". Highly recommend, call!

很早就預訂好的酒店，地理位置不錯，車停好後，地鐵公交打車出行都很方便。工作人員態度很好很熱情，但客觀講應急處事能力很一般。16:00到店竟然被告知由於前序客人是vip15:00才肯退房未能及時打掃，等待了30分鐘後才入住，最終導致原本算好的北寺塔行程硬生生錯過了當日17:00的最後入內時間衹得放棄，工作人員確實表示了歉意但這種隱形的損失是無法彌補的。催促打掃的結果：浴室的地巾遺漏，到晚上再致電前台補還不能做到及時送到房間理由是保安大叔很忙；致電問退房時間倒是告知最晚13:00必須退，入住被耽誤退房是不能耽誤的，不為客人考慮絕對的雙標。

春節期間的攜程房券199元/晚，不含早。這個房間最小，麻雀雖小五臟俱全。酒店有洗衣機烘乾機，早餐30元提供中西式餐點，熱粥炒菜湯麪麪包色拉咖啡都有。出門右轉，可走着去十全街，觀前街，平江路。左轉到竹輝路，乘地鐵到七里山塘。非常便捷！

房間設施什麼的都差不多吧，因為剛從杭州的如家過來，感覺服務上會差一些，進門打招呼比較敷衍，攜程定好的早餐到店店家不認需要我找攜程退差價，進電梯服務人員也不會主動向你問好的，整體感覺比杭州差的很多，

和朋友去蘇州玩的，酒店離地鐵近，附近有個商場也特別有意思，服務環境更好，那天下雨了，還問客服借了把傘，服務熱情，不是託，滿意的體驗

房間乾淨明亮，服務很熱情 周到，前台小姐姐人特別好，問旅遊路線什麼的還幫我規劃。值得入住哦。

酒店地理位置不錯，價格實惠，前台服務熱情，周邊有地鐵站很方便，早餐也很豐富，極具蘇州特色，下次還會選擇這家。
