The Artyzen Habitat Suzhou is a newly opened hotel, and my overall experience was excellent. The location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around and shopping. Directly opposite the hotel is Uni Park, and the subway entrance is right at the doorstep. The hotel environment is elegant and clean, with stylish decor, and it's quiet and comfortable. The front desk and staff are warm, attentive, and very polite. Hotel guests also get a 20% discount on restaurant orders, which is fantastic value for money. The room facilities are brand new and spotless, making for a comfortable and peaceful stay. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it!

Checked into the habitat king room facing the road so it can be a little noisy for light sleeper but overall not super disruptive for us. Very near to Shi Quan Jie so you can enjoy food and artsy vibe easily.

Visited Suzhou for the May Day holiday and chose Artyzen Habitat, and my experience was incredibly satisfying! Despite the large crowds during the holiday, the hotel was well-organized. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were gentle and thoughtful. I particularly want to commend the breakfast; the variety of Chinese and Western options was extensive. They even had authentic Suzhou-style noodles and mini wontons, freshly cooked and incredibly delicious. The ingredients were fresh, and they replenished dishes promptly. The dining area was clean and elegant. I enjoyed a comfortable and fulfilling meal every day. This hotel is truly perfect for a trip, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I visit!

My love for Jiangnan has deepened even further! This time, I brought my 80-year-old mother back to Suzhou. We haphazardly picked this hotel, and to our surprise, it turned out to be absolutely fantastic! This morning, we were woken by the calls of spotted doves outside our window, having had such a wonderfully comfortable sleep. The breakfast buffet was also superb, and the staff were incredibly attentive and detailed. I had originally planned to explore the hotel's surroundings more this morning to take some photos for an online review, but breakfast took longer than expected, so I didn't get a chance to snap many pictures. It's just a few steps from the subway station, and the surrounding area is beautiful. Highly recommend!

The room is spacious and well-equipped. I particularly appreciate the hook on the shower door, which is very convenient for grabbing a towel right after showering – a thoughtful design. However, the breakfast could be improved; while it seems to offer a variety of options, none of them are particularly refined. Overall, I was quite satisfied and will definitely come back again.

The room was clean and well-equipped. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the subway, making it super convenient for getting around. There are also plenty of great food options nearby. The front desk staff proactively upgraded my room. I stayed here once last year too, and I highly recommend it!

Cleanliness: Very good and spotless. They offer Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) experiences, though I didn't try it, haha! Service: Staff service was very prompt, and they also have robot delivery, which was fun. Minibar: Lol, I redeemed a free day and ended up using it for several days. Food: Breakfast was great! Lots of variety, and there were even some international guests enjoying it. Environment: The location is super convenient, no complaints there. The subway is right outside, you can walk to the Master of the Nets Garden, and there's an ALDI in the underground mall next door. From my window, I could even see the Gate to the East!

I specifically came to Suzhou for a concert, and this was my second stay at this hotel. The hotel is right next to Line 5, making it a quick 30-minute ride to the Olympic Sports Center. The room was very quiet, and breakfast was delicious – I definitely recommend it. There's a shopping complex right next to the hotel, so dining and shopping are super convenient. You can also walk to the Master of the Nets Garden from here. A big thank you to the front desk for upgrading me to a garden twin room!

Second time staying here, and it's as consistently reassuring as ever! Highly recommend. This is our go-to place when we come to Suzhou for concerts. The breakfast is delicious, the room is spacious and very clean, and requests are handled promptly.
