I had a very satisfying stay this time. The hotel's overall environment was clean and comfortable, and the room hygiene was excellent. The bedding was also very comfortable, and it was quiet at night, allowing for a good rest. The front desk service was professional and enthusiastic; both check-in and check-out were efficient, and they promptly helped resolve any issues I had during my stay. All the staff were very polite, making me feel well taken care of. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the location was convenient for getting around. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

The hotel front desk staff were very friendly, and the room was very clean. They provided six bottles of mineral water, and you could see Taihu Lake. You can request latex pillows, and the service for anything you need is very prompt. The breakfast tasted good, with wontons, plain noodles (Yangchun mian), and freshly made pancakes. The swimming pool is large and very clean, and there's also a children's pool with very warm and comfortable water, making it safe for kids to play. There are two large shopping malls about a ten-minute drive away, which are convenient for dining and shopping. It's also very easy to get to from the highway, and parking is plentiful. I will definitely come back again!

This stay exceeded my expectations, highly recommended! The hotel is located by Yinshan Lake, with a new Chinese design that blends the elegance of Suzhou gardens. The lobby's window lattices and water features create a fantastic atmosphere. I stayed in a lake-view room, and the super-large panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered a direct view of the entire lake. The shimmering lake at sunset and the bathtub by the window for scenic views made for incredible photos. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, amenities were complete, and housekeeping was meticulous. The staff were warm and attentive throughout my stay. Check-in was efficient, and they proactively upgraded my room. The service was thoughtful and polite. The hotel facilities are excellent; the breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, and the fitness center and indoor pool were clean and tidy. Just outside, there's a lakeside walking path, and the subway is within walking distance, making getting around very convenient. It's perfect for both leisure and business trips, with a quiet and healing environment. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Suzhou!

I was upgraded to a room on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view. What really blew me away was the hotel lobby – the design aesthetics are just incredible, absolutely stunning! The whole hotel is filled with lush greenery, giving you a real vacation vibe. The breakfast was Western style, not really to my taste, but the environment was definitely amazing. The food near the hotel, especially the chicken wontons, was surprisingly good – I'll definitely be having them again next time! The service was also great, and they even have a shuttle bus.
