The hotel is not far from Shushan and Yangshan. Suzhou Amusement Park is also here. It is Halloween🎃, and the atmosphere here is very good.
The only drawback is that there is no bathtub in the room, which is a little disappointing for children.

Opposite the Tianping Mountain Scenic Area, it is very convenient to get up early to see 🍁. It is not far from Mudu Ancient Town and Lingyan Mountain. The hotel front desk girl was very considerate and helped to upgrade the room and delayed check-out.
The hotel rents Hanfu for free, and returns it when checking out. The Hanfu is very beautiful and new, and the tag is still there.
The room is fresh and elegant, clean and tidy, fully equipped, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet, the bed in the twin room is quite large, and it sleeps very comfortably.
Breakfast is 7-10 o'clock, the variety is quite rich, and the red soup noodles are delicious. I had a pleasant weekend and must give a five-star rating

How to say it, when I first checked in, I felt that it was not worth the price. This 1100+ felt that I lived in a private house built on the roof of the sun room. When the sun rises in the morning, especially after 10 o'clock, it is still very beautiful, and there are a few seagulls flying by, and suddenly the mood is suddenly bright. Of course, there are many places to complain: for example, there is no USB socket, the projection is cast on the wall facing the bathtub, can't a telescopic curtain be installed on the front of the bed? The bathroom did not have a raised floor drain step, and a non-slip mat was used, and it was not very smooth. In short, the hardware experience is still relatively simple, similar to the 500 private houses, if the boss is willing to spend some time to control the details, it will be better. The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation to all the famous attractions. The rooms are comfortable and sanitary, and the area is large, so it is quite comfortable to live in. What exceeded my expectations the most was that the service staff were very enthusiastic and the service was in place. JJairoOur experience at this hotel could not have been better—it was truly beyond our expectations. The location is perfect, nestled in a historic house with sophisticated decor that exudes charm and elegance. The staff went above and beyond to please us, attending to every detail with care.
Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a delicious afternoon tea, featuring a homemade tiramisu that was absolutely delightful. The staff is well-prepared to receive foreign guests; Miss Yang, in particular, speaks excellent English and is very kind.
Overall, we strongly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and exceptional stay in Zhouzhuang.

The store owner is very nice, it's hard to find the place by myself, turning left and right, fortunately the store owner sent a butler to the gate to greet us, the butler is Vietnamese, a little bit 🈶 can't understand us, but later we can still communicate well, arrived at the inn location, and took the initiative to help me with the luggage 🧳.
Facilities:

AAnonymous UserI kept scrolling to see the recommendation of a hotel suitable for families, but after the experience, I felt it was average.
Let me first talk about the parts that need improvement:
The hardware facilities are aging. The knobs of the bathtub are just for show, and the TV remote control has to be within three meters of the set-top box to work. The indoor trampoline ocean ball is also broken.
The hygiene is not good. There are hair bands left by the previous owner by the bed... There is a layer of dust on the glass shelf.
The good part: The service is really good, friendly and polite. The swimming pool has a pool for children, and the water temperature is suitable.
In general, the price of a five-star hotel is less than a five-star experience, and the parent-child experience is also discounted by various charges.

GGuest UserPros: Very good location for walking around Pingjiang road. Very handy Suzhou train station pick up service, would recommend utilising for anyone arriving by train. The room was spacious and the bed really comfortable.
Cons: bathroom had a bad smell emanating from it. There was quite a lot of construction happening while we were there, started around 7am and didn’t finish until after midnight. Would recommend bringing ear buds. Shower pressure was ok but not amazing. There is also no elevator so you will need to climb one flight of stairs to reach the rooms which are all on the first floor.

PPo LingOur twin room is very spacious and cozy. We loved how the staff speedily gave us an air purifier when we said we smelled some cigarettes smell. It helped refreshing the room fairly quickly. The fixtures and fittings are very useful, from good size of wardrobes, suitcase space, sofa, desk, bed and pillow are reasonably comfortable and not too soft. Housekeeping is very neat and tidy as well. We particularly like the open view from window facing the shopping arcade (traditional low rise houses). Last but not least, we wanna thank Hailey Song for going an extra mile and helped us return a parcel to SF upon check-out. Will recommend others upon their visit to Suzhou :)
