Very embarrassing. I was very happy when I first checked in, and the hotel's gym and swimming pool are pretty good. But a few things happened that were devastating. The service capability of the hotel is very poor. 1. The food delivery service remembered the wrong room number, and the recommended meals were no longer available. Waiting in vain. Later, because I wanted to complain, a manager finally came to apologize. 2. I missed my pajamas when I left the store. I called to inquire about sending them back and they said I didn’t see them. It was only 2 hours later that I found out that it had not been returned and it had not been anywhere else. Basically, the guest room aunt threw it away. . . Just say I didn’t see it. Did I leave it in my private car? well. . . I didn't want to write a review at first, I just thought it would be over. But the fact that I lost my pajamas bothered me again. There are many front-line interns in the hotel, and they don’t know anything when they stand at the front desk. well. .
