Every time I come to Suwon, I stay in this hotel. I haven't been here for 3 years. The service attitude is not as good as before! And the hotel facilities are old! But the location is still very good, near the commercial street

Reserve a king bed for three families The photo was taken when it was released, so there are a lot of signs of use. Even though the hotel is several years old, the room lobby, etc. are kept clean ^^ I brought toothpaste and used it separately. The rest of the amenities are ready. Two 500ml bottled water are provided as free drinks. I did not request breakfast separately. I was going to use a nearby restaurant ^^ There is a passageway connected to AK on the 2nd floor. It was convenient to get to the department store

The location is really good and the hotel buffet is just fine The honey is good, but the dessert is long or rusty Service is good and try to listen to the request as much as possible Unfortunately, I'm sleeping if the cleaner is mistaken for the room. I'm glad I was sleeping with a quilt. It's not a big problem, so I apologize and extend the check-out time for two hours. It's a name hotel in Ramada, but it's strange that this happens.

The surrounding roads can be a bit dark, but a short walk leads to the main street. I changed to Royal, but it was spacious and comfortable for 3 people. There was a jacuzzi, but it was disappointing that it didn't work.

The room was clean and spacious, which was nice. The desk staff were also friendly. However, it was very disappointing that check-in took a bit of time because there were a lot of procedures, the happy hour was very poor, and there was no soundproofing at all, so I could hear the embarrassing noises from the room next door😭 Still, the breakfast was great, the department store was conveniently connected to the basement level, and the city view from the room was beautiful, so it was an overall satisfactory staycation!

YongKtong, the terminal station of line 4100 from Incheon Airport, is right at the front entrance of the hotel. There are also nearby The subway station is very convenient for travel; in addition, the room is large and the facilities are very new. It should have been recently renovated. It is also thoughtfully equipped with toothbrushes, toothpaste, cotton swabs, razors, etc. that are common in domestic hotels.
