1. The room is very clean and comfortable. 2. It is located in a community area with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. 3. The hotel is surrounded by main roads on several sides, but the rooms are well soundproofed. 4. The reception staff are cheerful, friendly, and always ready to help during their working hours. This was my first time staying here, so I asked for their assistance quite a lot until checkout. 5. If you plan to visit tourist attractions, you will need to take a bus for about 25–30 minutes to reach Hwaseong Fortress or Starfield Library. However, if you have a car, this hotel is definitely a great and worthwhile choice. Thank you so much the hotel staff

2 bus stops from Suwon Bus Terminal. But I was rejected by the bus driver to board the bus because of my luggage. It was a 10 minutes walk. Not as easy when you move around with luggage. Some pavements were bumpy. The area is quiet and the hotel in some alleyways. Was a little scared walking by myself back to hotel at night. I arrived early and the early check-in rates were KWR10,000 per hour, should I choose to check-in early. Room was spacious. Though the lights in the shower auto switched off after 10-15 minutes. It happened twice, when I was soaking in the tub and when I was doing my make-up. Had to rely on translation app to communicate with staff.

Super friendly and great service/staff! Rooms etc were all fine. The only thing which was kinda disappointing ist the location for youngster/solo traveler etc fine but not with elderly-

Facilities: The hotel facilities are quite good and it feels very new. The only minor drawback is that the bed was a bit too firm for my liking. Cleanliness: It was very clean, no complaints there. Service: The front desk service was decent. They were even able to lend me a power adapter. Location: The overall environment was great, but it was a bit inconvenient to find shops or convenience stores nearby.

It was a comfortable stay. The room was clean and it had a nice bathtub which came in handy to have a nice soak from being out in the cold. Just one thing : it wasn't all that sound proof. Was able to hear the people next door sometimes. But overall I enjoyed staying at the hotel

The room environment is very good and clean. The service attitude is super good and patient. We also troubled them, but they were very patient and replied immediately to help us.

A friend of mine from Jeju Island was visiting, and I made a reservation for him because of the great location. He loved the terrace.

The hotel is very clean, has a bathtub, and the front desk service is very good. The subway station is a 15-minute walk away. There are many food shops and convenience stores on the back street. It takes ten minutes to take a taxi to Suwon.

The room and facilities were very clean and tidy, and the front desk service was excellent, helping to solve all kinds of problems. Overall, a great experience!

I booked it because it was the most comfortable, discounted, and had the best conditions among the accommodations I was planning to go to, including distance from the station, free parking, OTT, and double bed with free cancellation. The room was spacious and brighter than I thought (since many reviews said it was dark), so I really liked the condition. Unlike hotels where amenities are a set for one person, the common detergent and the rest are purchased at the front desk for a fee, so it didn't feel luxurious, but the bathroom was clean and the overall interior was not too excessive, which was nice. The air conditioning worked well, but the heating didn't seem to work well, so it was a bit cold at night. I asked them not to give me the last room, but it was a pity that it was the last room. It was still a high floor. It was just a small city view, but it's better than being blocked? But I don't know why there was a laptop. The internet connection was not good and it was so slow that I couldn't even do basic tasks. The staff were kind and when I called the number listed when they weren't there, they answered in a flash. The check-in and check-out times were reasonable, which was nice. Ah. This may be inevitable, but the fridge is too narrow… The compartments on the door overlap each other, so there’s no room to put anything else in. It would also be nice to have multiple lights so you can control them in various ways.
