Great location. However, I wouldn't recommend the facilities or service. The hotel's proximity to shopping centers and its excellent transport links are definitely a plus. However, I had issues with a lack of service over the weekend. What's more, the persistent cigarette smell inside the room forced me to keep the windows open day and night, and my clothes still smelled of smoke even after checking out. There was also no proper place to hang clothes, so I had to drape them over a chair.

I cannot recommend this hotel. Problems started right at check-in; there was no one at the front desk. I, along with several other guests, had to wait. I eventually had to find other staff members, who then located the front desk attendant. There was a constant, awful smell of cigarettes in the room. Over the course of 7 days, my room was never cleaned. This might be because I didn't turn in my key, but no one informed me of this policy. The room did have all the necessary amenities, and a complimentary toiletry set was provided upon check-in. I only heard 'adult' sounds once, and it's possible someone was just watching TV. The hotel's location is good, being close to the metro and a lively entertainment district.

I always stay here when I'm traveling up north. The location is convenient to everything I need.

Wonderful hotel. The location is very convenient — right by the metro, making it easy to get to the university. Housekeeping was done daily upon request, and the bed linen was changed with each cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised by the Russian-speaking staff, which was completely unexpected in South Korea. The receptionist only spoke Korean, but with the help of a translator, we always quickly resolved our issues. Thank you very much.

The hotel is very near to the train station and establishments like restaurants, grocery ans convenience stores. The front staff is also very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Considering the price, check-in is quick, so it is decent. The room felt a bit cold, but it is fine if you don't get cold easily. It is disappointing compared to other motels that they do not provide any disposable items; there is no toothpaste or lotion in the bathroom, and only water is available for drinks. There is coffee at the entrance of the motel.

Although the building seems a bit dated, the room—including the bathroom, bed, and table—was spotless, so you don't need to worry about hygiene at all. The owner was also very kind. I left my luggage before check-in and asked about the neighborhood's safety; I was really grateful that they gave me their business card and told me to call if anything happened, even though it is a safe area. It might have been a coincidence, but when I checked in, they assigned me a room close to the front desk, which gave me a great sense of security even when returning late at night. I highly recommend this place for solo female travelers. Thank you, owner!

This is a budget-friendly, comfortable place to stay while on business. It's conveniently located, with many restaurants nearby. If you consider it a good value, you won't be disappointed.

Early check-in was great ^^ The location is good too ~ I asked for help because it was cold, but they said it couldn't be adjusted separately since it's a shared space. They gave me a heater instead.

The room has amenities, enough for an overnight stay.
