酒店很寬敞，標準的飯店式酒店。最棒的是主樓的頂樓温泉，視野棒呆！早餐種類很多，日式類型，擺盤很美，可以吃撐。

住了兩種房型，前台在第一晚就幫我安排好房間，並讓我第二天將行李留在房間就好，很省心方便。別館的房間挺舊，但價格低，主樓的湖景房景觀一級！早餐温泉都一樣可以享用。早餐味道很不錯，温泉view也是最棒。做一下電子問卷還有小糖果。旁邊就是間歇泉，離上諏訪站也不過走路12分鐘。總之，很滿意！

附樓是舊館，房間比較舊，但可用本館14樓的浴場。一整個諏訪湖進入眼簾， 好靚好享受寫意。另外洒店有幾班shuttle到車站, 早上離開不用拖行李。

ロケーション、ホテルの設備、朝食、すべて良かったです。お勧めのホテルですね。しいて言うなら露天風呂が外ですが周りに囲いがしてあり景色が見れなかったのは残念ですが。

喫煙者です。
唯一わがままを言うなら喫煙場所が屋外の1箇所だけが残念です。14階建てですのでせめて中間階くらいに喫煙所を設けていただければと思います。
