Loving our stay!! Clean and friendly.

As a Bonvoy member, I’ve stayed at hotel all over the United States. This was not one of the better ones. While I understand it is a resort town, October is second season, and not prime summer season when a hotel like this would be packed. We checked in on Thursday. We had no maid service at all until we checked out on Monday, not even to empty the trash. We stopped by the front desk to get trash bags so we could change out the trash bags. Front desk said to put the trash in the hall, where it sat for more than a day. We found potato chips that weren’t ours by the pull out couch, the dresser drawer didn’t stay closed, the lighting was very dim in the room, there was only sheer curtains in the front windows so it was not dark or private in the room at any point and very bright as soon as the sun was up. You could hear the people above you walking around ALL night, like in a bad apartment building. Breakfast was not great, oatmeal was extremely watery, “omelets” were microwaved with processed cheese, not much redeemable here. Spend a few more dollars and stay at a better quality hotel. This is NOT a hotel I would choose to stay at again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn Rehoboth Beach. It's on the main Coastal Highway near many restaurants, and close drive to beaches Our room was clean at arrival and updated. And the hotel is well kept and comfortable. My only complaint is that they are still not doing housekeeping. Not even light cleaning in between nights, and you have to drag your dirty towels down to the lobby to get new ones, and the response everyday ”I hope housekeeping has some here to give”. I understand a lot of hotels aren't, but I really am finding this unacceptable for the costs paid. And again, while I know some other hotels also aren't, unless it's mentioned, hotels just keep doing this uncceptable practice. The pool was very nice, but there were never clean towels on the rack for the pool in the 4 days we were there, and always had to go to the desk to ask them, and the response was always, ”I don't know if housekeeping has any there”. We just gave up on the last day and just used our used beach tiwels Free breakfast was average typical hotel free breakfast. Nothing special or spectacular, but acceptable and fine, even if average. All in all, we did have a great stay. And I would have given a 5 star if not for the lack of daily housekeeping and the towel hassle of having to deal with dirty wet towels schlepping to the front desk and begging for more towels.

Great hotel walking distance to stores, bars and restaurants. And the beach! It was much quieter then I expected and clean. Nice staff. Descent breakfast in the morning. Excellent location. Was there for a friends 50th birthday and many of us stayed there. The rooms have a small balcony. One problem was that the wifi went out so it was difficult to do work, but other than that, no complaints. Would definitely stay again!

The location of this hotel is not bad, there are some restaurants and shops around, but you have to drive, if you walk, I am afraid it will go for a long time, and the weather is very hot recently, it is easy to sweat when walking. The environment in the room is very good, although it is a three-star level in the local area, but the sheets, items, and bathroom in the entire room are very clean. The hotel's environment is also good, the decoration is relatively new, and the swimming pool, the Americans are very passionate about swimming, the swimming pool is also very clean, the hotel also has a free breakfast, the content is very rich, both bread and milk juice, long meat, but also There are scrambled eggs, etc. The hotel's service is OK, but the waiter is not patient with our Asians, and it is not as enthusiastic as the local Americans.

The location is great. Easy access to the beach, boardwalk and main *****. Will be staying there again!
