A small, clean room... very warm.. unfortunately too noisy outside for an open window... train station opposite... but with the windows closed you can hardly hear it. Wc cannot be locked... open to the room... odor emissions are possible.... Breakfast is okey... location is okey... a bit far on Sempach 30mn by foot .. Bus also drives... no other hotel guests at our time...

Slept there one night for a club event nearby. Friendly and personal welcome from management. Showed me the room and briefly explained the hotel. Received an upgrade to a quieter side of the hotel. Clean and modern furnishings. Located near the train and bus station and the Sempachersee. Could also be used as a tourist hotel.

Hotel entrance closed at 10pm. Bar closed too early and no possibility to eat a meal. Breakfast room much too small, without choice. There are no fried eggs, no scrambled eggs, no warm kitchen, a chef is missing. No selection of edibles for people with lactose and gluten intolerance. Body lotion missing. A kettle with tea bags is missing. Unsympathetic receptionist.

A very nice hotel from the outside. Rooms, layout, design, all well and good. We decided to stop here on our way to Italy. Looked great in the pictures based on the reviews. Easy check-in... Now it's 3:30 a.m. and we can't sleep. 1. the hotel is on a railway line with a station in front of the door. 2. In a room next to ours, a couple has been moaning for an hour. 3. Two rooms down, 2 are sitting on the balcony and talking so loudly that you can't close your eyes. So window closed.... 4. There doesn't seem to be any air conditioning and it's unbearably warm. 5. The design of the bathroom is really great. But there is no privacy whatsoever. Should be considered. 6. Noisy youngsters around the hotel. Loud shouting and celebrations. If you want to sleep in peace, this is not the place for you. So we spent the equivalent of €150 and couldn't sleep! Which was actually the point. You feel like you are in a youth hostel. At night there is no contact person on site. Unfortunately I can only give 2 stars for that. A real shame.

房間冇空調冇雪櫃，空氣唔流通，須打開窗但在鐵路旁，燥音很大，怎樣掛上4星级？
正門5時後上鎖，沒有職員看守，住客要自行從後門進入，垃圾没有每日清理，早餐選擇很少，不建議選擇入住，這是價錢，入住賓館質素！

Minergie Hotel in guter Lage 10' von Altstadt Sempach. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Zimmer stilvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Würden sofort wieder buchen.
