I booked this trip for business travel purpose. This boutique hotel is average for a 3 days 2 nights stay. I requested higher floor & quiet corner as I always having hard time to fall asleep but to no avail. Anyway I understand they were fully booked. Overall stay was satisfactory. Easy to get around too.

Lovely staff great venue! All u need for a short stay but don’t expect a fridge in every room, one bedroom did not have one

Location is only accessible by bus, train station is 15-20 minutes walk away. Do take note as transportation in Sydney is quite expensive.
First glance of the room is that the bathroom isn't same as advertised which I didn't get the chic design bathroom just a normal ones, the room design as well, in reality the room is much darker and only bright white sleeping light which really not helping with the ambient lighting.
Amenities are okay, shower, conditioning and shampoo are provided. Would recommend this hotel if you have a tight budget.

brand new, clean with good odor. quiet location but easy to get around. We arrived earlier than check-in time but the room was available, staff allowed us to get the room. Appreciate it!!

Bed was comfortable, however when I turned on air con a smell came through which I couldn’t see describe. Luckily window opened but ended up with Oxford street and neighbouring noises all through the night when I closed the window a horrible smell came through the bathroom drain near toilet which I had to cover with a towel to block smell and so slept in a very noisy environment. The buffet doesn’t exist as advertised you get a small bacon and egg meal that’s it bad luck if your vegetarian no street parking so get ready to pay for parking if available

The hotel has a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city. However, there was a persistent bad smell in the elevator and hallway, which was unpleasant. Breakfast was included, but there were no vegetarian options, and the staff wouldn’t accommodate this request. Additionally, the staff’s English was quite limited, which made communication difficult. Would recommend for location alone, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, dietary options, and communication skills.

There were urine stains in the toilet bowl when we arrived on the first day. The carpets were disgusting, they hadn't been vacuumed even after supposedly cleaning the next day. I saw the gentleman at the front desk making faces at another guest and generally having a sullen and rude attitude (I'm sure anyone who's been to the hotel will know who I'm talking about).

Clean and modern place to stay. It is conveniently located near a supermarket. Walkable to spots like Chinatown or Haymarket but at least a 25 minute walk.The only amenity is access to a gym nearby.
