The location is very convenient, just near the Central Station and Chinatown, surrounded by business districts. Highly recommended

what a great hotel, small, but super clean, friendly staff and great location.

Convenient location. But breakfast is too monotonous. Only cake croissants. Coffee juice and fruit. I asked the waiter if there was anything salty? He said you could put some salted butter on it.

Booked for 10 nights, the hotel is in a great location, the rooms are very clean and beautiful, the price is reasonable, overall I am very satisfied! It should be my designated hotel in Sydney, Australia in the future.

Likes: The property was easy to find, clean, suitably appointed rooms, and was in a good area with plenty of dining options around. Dislikes: We had asked about parking options at the time of reservation and were advised there are provisions for $49/day which we were happy to pay. The morning of our stay we called to confirm the location and were advised there is a Wilson carpark on Goulburn St. where we should park. We arrived to Sydney and tried to locate this Wilson carpark for 20-25 mins but could not find it. We called the reception again and were told "I can't help you, everyone else is able to find it rather easily, try to look again" and so we decided to just park in the Secure car park which was nearby as we were now running late for our show. At checkout we came to know that t was indeed the Secure carpark where we should have parked all along!

Lovely boutique hotel close to Central Station and very walkable. Wonderful and helpful staff. Excellent morning coffees/lattes and continental breakfast.

Our check-in process and reception was by far one of the best we have had, Lach did an excellent job welcoming, explaining and giving all the tips and tricks with charisma and professionalism. We travel a lot and his job was extraordinarily well done. The place looks well decorated, the area is walkable to light rail (tram), trains and touristic areas. The breakfast is rather simple, not bad but far from extraordinary. Cleaning can be better.

This is the first time I’m writing a review. Let’s talk about the advantages first: the location is very close to shopping places, both QVB and Surryhills shops are not too far away, and Citywalk is more convenient. It's great that you can connect your mobile phone to watch YouTube in the room. Breakfast includes croissants and coffee. The shower gel scent is okay. Disadvantages: When we arrived in Sydney, we stayed at Capella and Four Seasons. Except for the poor service (after experiencing it for ten days, we found that there is almost no service in Australia), everything else was very good. I wanted to experience a local small hotel in Australia but ended up skipping the giant one. thunder! ! There was no help with luggage when we arrived. The guy who checked in spoke very fast and seemed to want to finish immediately. He didn't want you to hear clearly. Then there was no welcome wine or anything like that mentioned in the Little Red Book, and there was no Spring water in the room. There was only a bottle of faucet water in a glass bottle, which also felt very dirty. The bottle had not been washed, and there were no slippers. We booked the penultimate room with a balcony on the 4th floor. When we opened the door and walked in, it was extremely hot and smelled great! The newly renovated smell is still very off-putting, and the balcony faces the road and the train... it's very noisy! There were also crickets chirping all night... Of course it doesn't matter if you sleep well, but as a slightly more sensitive person, I couldn't sleep all night and was really speechless. Fortunately, I went to find another tall guy the next day to help coordinate changing to a room not facing the road, and I fell asleep the next night. But I don't know if they didn't clean the room I changed to. The sheets, bath towels and bathrobes were all stained. It's so hard to comment that I just posted pictures. The air conditioner is Daikin and will change the temperature on its own. I got up and changed the temperature 4 times in one night. When it was set to 22 degrees, it would automatically jump to 17 degrees and then blow on your head! Also, the distance between the bed and the TV is very narrow. I was knocked unconscious when I turned off the air conditioner at night. The most inconsistent place I have ever stayed in in my life. In short, I don’t trust Xiaohongshu anymore. The rating on booking at that time was also 9 points high. I don’t understand how it was done. It’s 700 Australian dollars for 2 nights. You can make your own judgment.

Lovely lobby and rooms. Comfortable bed. Great location, many walkable areas. Didnt hear any road noise. Definitely coming back.

Lovely little spot in a super central location. It was easy walk or take the train/light rail all over Sydney, then come home to an incredibly quiet (thanks, soundproofing!), comfortable and well-designed space to rest and reset. The amazing coffee bar and simple but solid morning breakfast spread were the icing on the cake. Would absolutely stay again.

Good modern hotel in a great spot

The inside of the hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious ☺︎ The hotel staff was also kind and easy to express my requests!
