The hotel is a large mall on a road that is said to be the third largest in the United States. There are also many restaurants. Hotel is not bad, stayed and sent self-baked cookies, very delicious

In the outlets, this outlet is super necessary for shopping. If you stay there for one night, you can start shopping early the next morning. Shopping is very convenient, and the hotel itself is a standard facility.

When I arrived and went to check in, the clerk was completely unfamiliar with Wyndham Rewards and it's perks, Wyndham policies, and seemed stoned. They tried charging me for a room upgrade that I'm supposed to be able to get for free, per my Diamond membership. The person had no idea what Wyndhams policies are for upgrades, and when I showed them to him on my phone, he said ”No idea, I charge $20 for an upgrade.” In the end, I declined the upgrade. I got to the room, it smelled like an old gym locker room. It was absolutely awful. The AC worked well, but everything was OLD. I'm pretty sure the microwave was 30 years old. The bathroom was disgusting. The towels had short black hairs, the shower had long blonde hairs, and the floor had short black hairs all over it. The floor also had urine around the base of the toilet. The bed was covered in hair, too. When I called the same person from the front desk and reported how dirty the room was, all he could say was ”You can talk to the manager in the morning.” I had to properly argue with the guy to get him to move me to another room. The second room had a clean bed, but the bathroom was (once again) covered in someone else's hair. I gave up trying to fight it since the bed was clean and went to bed.
