I was here to help a friend move, so I was gone all day and dirty and tired when I returned. I should have found a new place after my first night. I checked in about 9pm and was halfway unpacking in my TINY queen room when I saw a bunch of dead bugs on the floor. I was moved to a king room which meant I was able to actually walk around the bed. I asked for daily housekeeping because I knew I'd need lots of towels and coffee supplies. One day housekeeping didn't even come, and the other days they never refilled everything in the room that I needed. I got lots of apologies from the front desk staff, but they didn't have the supplies, either. The hallway carpet was disgusting. I was told it had just been put in, but it clearly hadn't been vacuumed after installation, if that was even true. It wasn't vacuumed the entire 5 nights I was there and just got more and more gross looking. No refrigerator in the room. The bar isn't open. The fitness center looked nice but I didn't use it. I called after returning home because they had billed the wrong credit card. I was told both managers were gone - at 3:30 pm. The hotel is near a nice downtown area with excellent food choices. I'll find a better place to stay when I visit again

This is my third time staying here, and it is fantastic. The room is fully renovated. The room is very contemporary and clean. It is conveniently located, right of the Lawrence Expressway. It's not far from all the headquarter of the big techs in Silicon Valley. The staffs are friendly. The only disappointment is they want $1000 deposit when you check in.

Excellent hotel for a quiet weekend getaway despite being in the middle of a pandemic! Sunnyvale Corporate Inn was very clean as well as cozy and comfy. Just the place to getaway from it all when you need a lil break! My fiancé and I celebrated our anniversary there and definitely enjoyed the private balcony as well as all the in room amenities provided! Definitely recommend this place whether for work, play or simply just to get away!

Not bad, but the bill is wrong

Came by the other night and it was a decent experience. Booked direct and my room was ready upon arrival. Parking was plentiful in the private lot and was $15/night. A parking permit is available from the front desk. Check-in with the front desk was quick and courteous. My loyalty status was acknowledged and was rewarded with a couple bottles of water along with a branded Hilton paper bag with a handle. The property is brand new with Lysol wipes available to grab before hopping into the elevator. The hallways were bright and spacious. The room itself was spacious, although a touch dark towards the window at night. The bathroom is enclosed by a barn door. Water pressure in the shower was excellent and towels were very thick and absorbent. The closet featured a mini safe. There was a mini-bar with a mini microwave and mini fridge. Some rooms were also connecting. The TV had plenty of channels, including premium business channels. Wifi was free and worked well. Thermostat worked well, albeit extremely leisurely in reaching the desired temperature. The bed was comfortable, although the mattress was the entry-level bonnel spring which resulted in a bouncier night of rest. The room was pretty quiet although noise from the hallway could be heard.

This is a 4.5 star review is for THIS CATEGORY of hotels. This isn't the Ritz or Four Seasons, nor is it a Westin or Hyatt or even a regular Marriott. With that said, I'm comparing this to Fairfield Inn & Suites, TownPlace Suites, Homewood Suites, Embassy Suites, LaQuinta Inn & Suites, etc during March 2022 while we are still coming out of a pandemic. Pro: Close to SJC 900+ square feet Laundry on site $1.75/$1.50 (coin operated is cheaper than using the app, front desk has quarters) Breakfast M-F is hot. SS grab n GO (March 2022, this might be pandemic related) Fitness center 24/7 (cardio and free weights) Arranged like townhouses, each building has 4 units, 2 on street level, 2 upper level. Penthouses include upstairs loft bdrm/bath Coffee daily (Starbucks) Filtered water at front desk dispenses cold and hot We were in penthouse suite which is on 2nd floor walk up (3rd floor is the loft bdrm + bath), parking was right next to the unit Parking $12/night Driving distance less than 10min from so many places (Levi stadium, Great America, Top Golf, Mountain View, Santa Clara) and all major freeways Front desk staff is great, addressed me by name each time and friendly & professional Less than 5 minutes from Whole Foods Santa Clara, which is an Amazon delivery hub so you can ship stuff directly there and they'll hold it for about 2 weeks. Con Floors thump if you're on street level If your building is against the highway, you'll hear some highway noise, bring earplugs. Stairs to loft are not regulation size, almost ladder size so can easily slip down if you have socks and misstep (we know from experience) Shower door would not stay closed during shower Fry pans but no spatula The pullout sofa bed was the absolute worst sofa bed, you could feel the coils on your back, we had to buy an air mattress. Despite the cons, we really liked the drive up to your unit setup (vs a hotel), it felt like living in a townhouse, we hardly saw other guests, and the location for us was perfect, this was our home base for 4 nights and I would stay here again.
