Work and fun bundled with a great location is the best recipe for a working mini vacation. From start to finish, we were greeted with smiles and friendly service. The food at our conference was delicious!!! Every area we visited/used in the facility were clean. Some of the furniture in our rooms was a bit worn, but honestly it is to be expected. We will definitely return and plan to stay a bit longer since it is so close to other places we wanted to see while in Miami.

Amazing

Great experience and service! I stayed here for almost 8 months for work. It’s also an amazing location and has amazing facilities! Right next to the beach and you can walk to everything! Local to gyms, restaurants, grocery stores etc. The staff, including Patrick, (General Manager) were attentive to my needs and made my stay exceptional!

It was my first stay at this cute boutique hotel and I was so impressed! Sonia, the front desk lady went out of her way to make sure things were great and even got me a room before the 3 pm check in time, which was great as I was recovering from slight food poisoning from eating a molded cheeeburger for dinnner the previous day. The place was very , very clean and well maintained! the swimming pool was wonderful! Everything in room was so clean and sanitized, including the romotes for tv and air conditioner. This is a great little hotel with wonderful , caring staff and I highly recommend it! I will tell my sisters, etc. about this hotel so they can stay here and they will love it too! also, very close to beach and boardwalk.

WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN AND WE ARE IN MIAMI EVERY YEAR FOR AN ANNUAL EVENT. I wanted a hotel near the Hard Rock Stadium and saw the Stadium Hotel was close by. Many of the other more well-known hotels were further away and more expensive. Eventually I realized why the Stadium was less expensive. Read on… Unfortunately, two hotel employees (security and whoever supervises security) ruined our experience. Despite ALL the other employees we interacted with being VERY helpful and polite, will we never be returning to Stadium Hotel. Halfway through our stay, we decided to extend our visit by one more night. I personally went down to the front desk to confirm availability and extend my reservation. The gentleman at the desk was very pleasant, entered the information into the computer and told me I was “all set.” Several mornings later, at the time we would have been checking out had we not extended our reservation, (I was at a job off the hotel grounds) my wife was working remotely from our room. A woman showed up at the door to “remind” us it was time to checkout. My wife explained that we had extended our reservation and been told we were all set. The woman said she would let the management know. My wife then got on a very important Zoom but was interrupted by incessant calls to the room by the front desk. She directed them to call me on my cell, but explained I was working and it may take me a few minutes to respond. One minute after my wife hung up, she got yet another call badgering her saying we had not yet paid for the upcoming extra night. My wife got hold of me via text and I called the front desk from my cellphone. The front desk told me they had no record of my extension because I had not paid for the upcoming night. I told them when I extended no one told me I had to prepay and that I was told I was all set. I said they could run my credit card on file if they needed payment immediately. They said I had to be there to sign, but it could be taken care of when I returned in a few hours, not to worry. Yet, just two minutes after I hung up with the front desk, my wife got call after call stating we hadn’t paid and I had to pay right then in person. My wife yet again explained and offered to go down with her credit card, but they said they would not accept it because I had the reservation (which of course makes no sense since they also claimed I didn’t have a reservation). She explained I had spoken with someone just a few minutes ago who said I could take care of it in a few hours, and that she could not keep answering the phone because she was on a work Zoom. She asked to speak to a manager (who she could hear in the background was the one insisting the front desk keep calling her), but the manager did not take her call and sent her to voicemail. Five minutes after my wife was sent to voicemail, there was a knock on the door. Again, she interrupted her Zoom. This time security was at the door.

I booked a two bed and they gave me a small one

This hotel is about 50mts from the beach, has equipped kitchen, well distributed and cosy space, very well-trained place, a smerted EVIE care, who is always ready to guide and take care, its cleaning staff Steven and Calvin, they are smerled by keeping the rooms very clean, a quiet place with green areas, many restaurants, has a broadwalk, music in the acoustic canch weekends, beach water always has a pleasant temperature, Finally, a very magical place, recommended this hotel

Great view! Great staff! Angel and Whitney at the front desk were spectacular!!! The room was clean and spacious. Will definitely stay again. The atmosphere was great. Valet was fantastic and the beach was great!

Me and my family went to hang out on the beach and 2 young gentlemen named jacob and santi greeted us in super friendly way, gave toys for my children and took good care of us while we where there, I really enjoyed the service and food it was really good I couldn’t leave a place happier than how I left from there. definitely recommending St Regis to family and friends
