Sunny Beach Club - Adults only

The food is repetative and mediocre. For 3 nights we are served the same thing every day whether we like it or not. The rooms could be cleaner and definitely better furnished. The atmosphere in the hotel itself is quite noisy and certainly not recommended for children.

The hotel is a weak one, without many facilities, it is 3 stars. The food is extremely bad and very little for an AI type hotel, the dishes are repeated every day, the cakes are not edible and very little, the drinks are the same, very poor quality. The pool is large, enough sunbeds if you occupy them immediately after breakfast, the water is clean and treated. The beach is public, crowded and at a distance from the hotel. the room is not cleaned, only the towels are changed daily, the bathroom looks pathetic compared to the pictures shown on the website.

LIKE: nice atmosphere at the pool, JBL audio speakers through the garden, cool lobby space, fast check in, fast check out, All Inclusive bracelet also opens the room's door, walking distance to Nesebar Old Town (aprox. 25 minutes). DISLIKE: they don't offer room slippers, the room is not equipped with Smart TV, the All Inclusive bar is closed after 23, the industrial interior design ..... concrete is not my favorite design.

Hi all! First of all, I would like to note that on the official website of the Cook’s Club hotel chain there is no mention of the Cook’s Club Sunny Beach hotel. And for good reason. You can’t disgrace the image of Cook’s Club with a hotel like this. Apart from the design, there is nothing in common with other Cook’s Club hotels. Food for 3, service lazy and slow. I was especially pleased with the preparation of an omelet for breakfast by one cook in one small frying pan, which creates huge queues. Drinks of the highest quality, all included, it's just a waste of money. I would also like to mention the extremely unfriendly reception staff, especially Stella. Very unprofessional and rude. Bottom line. Don't expect a real Cook's Club atmosphere here. Cook's Club Sunny Beach IS A CHEAP IMITATION and not worth your money.

The hotel was very minimal nicely decorated food was rubbish not much option and always cold no entertainment at all except for abit of music all inclusive drinks where cheap alcohol and juice indoor pool and hot tub cold and musty staff not very help for except for reception overall i wouldn’t come back as i had to spend a fortune on nighttime activities just to keep my self entertained never staying again

The worst cooks club I have ever stayed in! The food was appalling! Do not do all inclusive! The staff on reception were so rude. Got woken up a lot at night! No security in the hotel! The rooms were okay however we paid for three people and got a pull out camp bed. Staff were unhelpful when we complained about this. Definitely think this is for a young crowd! Pool area was the only nice part. The plates weren’t cleared and the seagulls ate all the scraps! Overall the hotel is basic. Nice for young people but the food was terrible. The old town is lovely, Nikki beach is a good bar and also there are a few beach bars nearby.

We traveled through Travel agency BLUESTYLE ( czech TA ), Very disappointing, the fact that we payed 8 days all inclusive and now the last day they told us that we can't use our all inclusive services anymore. Our flight is in the evening and we can't use the restaurant and the bar (we have only lunch ). Nothing. About Hotel. Staff is really good, nice and smiling, except few people on the reception. Lobby bar and the staff is really good, hard working. Thank you for your services. ROOM - very old, destroyed, stinky, the locks and overall the door cannot be closed. It's broken, so we have to take shower with open doors. We were on the ground floor and we think rooms on the upper floors are maybe better. One day was a thunder storm. Water was everywhere in the lobby. Because the floor is uneven. Even some rooms were drowned (On the ground floor). FOOD- Food is really good. Delicious. Coffee and wines are disgusting. Outdoor pools are good. Sun-beds by the pool are included. Good atmosphere. Music all the time. See is 5 min by walk, through send dunes (wooden pavement), but sunbets are not included, you need to buy them, one is 10 BGN. And umbrella is for 10 BGN as well. The old Nessebar 20-30 min by walk from hotel. Recommended to see.', with a lot of history and street shops with souvenirs. The city center of Sunny beach (with parties, shops, good for night walks) is 5 min by taxi. The hotel taxi cost 20 BGN. Surrounding of the Hotel is boring. Nothing to see. Gym is basic, classic hotel gym. Just a few things. The Jacuzzi is not even a Jacuzzi, Its a hole with cold and dirty water. Indoor pool is really cold and dirty. Sauna is in the gym. But it's just one finnish sauna and it's too expensive for that. 20GBN for 1 hour. In the reviews we saw, that this hotel is good for young people, or people in general, who wants to party and enjoy the hotel with parties and the hotel's owns DJs - but the music and bar was only until 11pm (23:00 o'clock) and the DJs played good songs only sometimes. If you want proper party with dancing and so on, you must go to the city center of sunny beach. In that case just prepare your wallets 'cause the taxi, drinks, party....it costs a little bit. We recommend to properly check the weather - two last days of our vaccation we had rainy days and there is nothing to do - unless you don't want to play billiard, table tennis or play-station (but that is paid, arround 6 lv for 3O min). Like overall - the vaccation was good, solid 3,5/5, if we had better room, (there is a possibility to go on facultative trips too ). We enjoyed it but for that money it wasn't wort it. We don't recommend travel through BLUESTYLE agency !

This is one of the best All-Inclusive resorts I have ever been to! As we arrived, the receptionists helped us with two parking spaces for our cars, instructing us where to park and how much it would cost (parking is paid, around 15 BGN per day). Parking is very limited! After our check-in at 14:00 (earlier check-in was not possible) we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of activities, food, bar and board games selection provided. The main lobby is open space, equipped with 2 PlayStation 4 devices, 2 Pool tables, 1 Table Football and 1 Ping Pong table, which are excellent for a relaxing time with friends! We were surprised to see many cocktails that were included in our All-Inclusive Package. The beer was very tasty and they are NOT skimpy with the alcohol amount in the cocktails! Some shots are included in the package as well which are great to get the party going. There is music all day starting from 10:00 until 23:00 when they are legally obligated to stop the music and unfortunately also the bar. The All-Inclusive Package includes several meals a day which include: Breakfast, Late Breakfast, Snacks, Lunch, Dinner. The food changes every single day and there is A LOT of variety from fish to beef to pork and chicken or even vegetarian! The food was delicious every single time, i suggest you try all the variations of food and to pick your favorite! Mine was the fish stew! :) The two outside pools are a bit cold but in the summer heat it fitted perfectly. There was also an animation team who were very cheerful and funny :) The Hotel is also equipped with a small gym enough to get a workout in you as well as a sauna and massages. The Hotel does not have a private beach, but in the back of it there is a wooden path that brings you directly to the beachfront of Kiko Bar, where you have the possibility to rent a sunbed for 10 BGN per day, but there is plenty of free space where you can put your beach towel on the sand and enjoy the Sea. We had a wonderful time at Cook's Club! Enjoy!

It suppose to be (2019) renovated hotel in boho style - well, it's not. Boho style does not mean what you will find in this hotel: - uneven floor in your room (4 different floor levels: washroom, bathroom, entrance and "living room") - uneven floor in dark hallways on your way to the rooms - steps with different height (first or last step is higher than the rest - very dangerous!) - doors that don't fully close - dirty room on your arrival - unpleasant smell in room all the time, especially in bathroom (vent wasn't cleaned once in several years) - you're supposed to put used toilet paper in a basket near toilet, not throw it in toilet (upon first arrival to our room after check-in to hotel that basket in washroom was dirty with... you can imagine with what) - towels in room are clean, but they smell - dirty "public" toilets - dirty, unmaintained pool area (garbage lying around, spilled drinks on floor, seagulls poo...) - very bad build quality - attempt to cover it up with a lot of paint or even some plaster and caulk to cover up the "mistakes", almost anywhere you look. Photos on Web page of hotel are very deceiving, don't expect absolutely anything like it in those photos. I understand that they put best photos online, but this exaggerating difference from live experience. The hotel interior does look as this was build and/or renovated in a hurry and very poorly with no supervisor or nobody cares for quality of interior design. (One thing is design - you either love or hate it. The other thing is the quality of how it is made - and (renovation in) this hotel is done very bad.) The personal is not trained or educated properly how to manage guest relations or work in tourism. They don't provide guests about (all) relevant information. You're basically left to find out everything on your own: location of different facilities, how to get/exchange the beach towels, schedule for restaurant, etc. They're kind though, however not once did they greet you on their own or welcomed you with smile when you approached them. That's a small but powerful gesture. Food quality leaves a lot, a lot to desire. Cheap, greasy, untasty and repetitive from day to day. Hygiene in restaurant should definitely improve: sometimes the fresh plates or cutlery were not completely clean, tables are cleaned poorly. There is however a lot of fresh fruit available. You can also get a fresh water unlimited in restaurant and in the bar (anytime you want). Animation team (basically only two young guys) and barmen are very friendly, they try their best and know how to animate guests, though drinks are very basic. During the day there is a DJ that takes care for music from 10 in the morning until 23 (in the evening). It's ok if you like that. If you prefer peace and tranquility, the continuous beat of the music will disturb you - but headphones with good ANC can help.
