Today is my last day of five of the total stay. Marriage with a 12 year old girl. We chose this hotel because it had parking, swimming pool and breakfast included. For what we are doing it is not bad. In the morning at the pool, we eat on the beach (it is across a street) and around 6:00 p.m. we take the rental car. We visited a town and had dinner (Nessebar, Sozopol, Burgas). We spent one day at the Nessebar water park and one afternoon at the Sunny Beach water park. The hotel is very clean, the pool is good and the beds are good. The negative point is the breakfast. It is very bad. Poor quality food and always the same, bad service: missing cutlery, glasses, tables... We got the hotel very well for the price so it didn't surprise us. What we did was have a snack mid-morning and eat early on the beach. The staff is not friendly but in keeping with the rest of Bulgaria. The prices in the hotel bar are not expensive. In short, if you have a plan similar to ours, you can take it but for a maximum of 3 nights. The area in general is very touristy and atmospheric. In August it is appreciated because it is very hot inside.

Fully air conned Spacious rooms Our kids had a full size adjoining room which was just amazing and u don’t get that a lot … It was cleaned often and came with hairdryer …although if u have long hair probably best to let it dry naturally or you will be there a while! Air con worked a treat Beds were comfy enough Showers - power showers so another great bonus to this place Room wise … 5/5 Food is your standard all inclusive stuff..not great …plenty to get …but barley warm and it was the same thing pretty much every day. The pool bar did chips, pizza, hot dogs and burgers, kids pretty much just ate out of here all day as it seemed fresher then the main restaurant . Plenty of ice creams / lollies etc Without the pool bar for food we would have gone hungry or just eaten out. Food wise …2/5 Drinks Standard all inclusive Wine was actually ok and beer seemed fine Didn’t try the spirits so not sure about the “watered down comments” Coke, sprite, water readily available for kids etc ..can’t complain on this one Drinks wise …4/5 Entertainment Yer good But our kids are 9 and. 13 so not much for them I felt it was more adult based then for kids They couldn’t join in on ping pong, water polo etc because they had to be over 18? But we’re too old to sit colouring in? The animation team were friendly enough and tried to get everyone involved but as said previously not a lot to do for older kids as they were too young to join in a lot of stuff Entertainment for our aged kids …2/5 Pool Really good We didn’t struggle for lounges etc Lovely clean pool, nice and big but as always these pools are freezing ..once your in though your in and warm up quickly Pool …5/5 Location. Where to start ? First of all it's our fourth travel to Bulgaria but the first to Sunny Beach (in the past we've stayed in Golden Sands). My opinion stays, in this country, seaside related, almost everything is better that in Romania. ------------------- THE GOOD: ------------------- The hotel staff is permanently adapting and improving, I'm glad that I'm constantly seeing better english speakers as the years go by and their hospitality skills are also improving. Very polite, very patient, they don't reach the hand for tips and do not interfere when there's no need too. The CLEANLINESS ! Oh my God, that place was sparkling clean ! All of it: from the gardens to the pools to the rooms and all the surroundings. There wasn't a single straw / piece of plastic/paper anywhere. The grass is permanently trimmed and everything is so tidy held in good order. Quality: everything from lobby furniture to pool amenities to even the beach's lounges and umbrellas is sturdy and clean. The Internal Restaurants: The main restaurant is very clean and tidy, the food is very diverse, although at times it seems that it's more made for the vegetarians, but that's a good thing. Meat products aren't as plenty as the veggies, but nothing to complain here, the diversity is so huge that I myself, a convinced meatatarian, even decided to try the veggie delicacies which were fantastic. The pork minced meat is kinda funny in taste because they use some condiments I'm not used to; but it's a culture thing, they aren't the only ones to cook it like this. The pizzas were absolutely fabulous and the beef stew / pulled rabbit and pulled lamb were absolutely fabulous. Great variety for breakfast, for absolutely every taste. And the sweets: absolutely magnificent. I can't say that I have a sweettooth myself, but all my friends were utterly impressed by the sweets. The ASIAN Restaurant: I simply had the most exquisite and beautiful experience there. It's completely separate from the main restaurant as concept and design and food quality. The courses I've had there, the bottled wine and the service were from a completely other world. Best sushi. Best salmon avocado. Best duck. Best everything, the ASIAN Restaurant is a MUST ! They also have a barbecue one with some kind of american specialities, but it didn't quite catch our interest. BEACH BAR / LOBBY BAR / POOL BAR They have 24h service at the lobby bar which is a must. Place gets crowded, everyone wants drinks, water and such. The Juices are mediocre at best but they at least have some alcoholic drinks in order. Teachers was the single whiskey brand to be recognizable, as the rest were probably the cheapest in range. Their luck is that I've had worse in Turkey at a much higher rated hotel. They have a beach bar. They serve ice cold sodas in all varieties and beer. Great touch. The beach is also superb and clean, but if you want room to sit you have to get there until 09:30 or else it's full. ------------------------------

It was already early October when we went, the Black Sea was so cold and cold. The hotel closed in mid-October. So very deserted. No one at the swimming pool. It's better in summer. All inclusive meals.
