The rooms & facilities were good, location wise and the nearest places like mall or shops are nearby, but since i stay during festive seasons, felt a bit stranged. Receptionist not at the desk most of the time, and having difficulties to contact from room. Overall, just good for a budget staying..

Until early, ask for an early check-in request, you can't have to wait at 2pm, but I don't want to do it, no matter how the conditions are like that, I got a room on the top floor, tired of going up the stairs, the cleanliness of the room is ok, it's clean, but the door slash is broken.
