Got some business at this city and Too tired to go to other hotel near supadio airport at the same day, so got the room pretty late. Such a good hotel, near to mall so the guest who didn't want to go far for dinner can go right to the mall behind. I only got 1 card key 'cause they said it was out of stock (i guess the room all full) Overall it was great to stay in this hotel

I had a wonderful stay here for 3 nights and would highly recommend it. The service was great and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. My room was nice and the breakfast was very good. There are a lot of activities here for the family or if you are only travelling alone.

With regret I must write this review. I occasionally to Singkawang for culinary trip, etc. And this time I decided to try this hotel after it was renovated & refurbished. The first impression was good, lobby's vibe & interior were good & cozy, but that's it. Can you imagine checking in to your room (12 p.m) and NO BATH TOWEL until 5-6 p.m. Housekeeping phone uncontactable. I went to the receptionist several times to ask, and they said ”Please wait its still being prepared”, then ”the Housekeepings're still cleaning other rooms”, and ”some of the towels're still being cleaned” (???) What else? NO BOTTLED WATER in room. NO TV CHANNEL AT ALL. I mean I could still hold it in if it's a guesthouse or hostel, etc (even a proper guesthouse don't do that) But this Hotel is stated as a 4-star in some website. Can you imagine this level of SOP? Bath towels & drinking waters are a basic must at every Housekeeping sessiom, especially at Room Preparation before guest checkin !! Simply put, this Hotel's service & SOP is definitely not even a 3-star. Better look for other better option near Singkawang Mall.

Family-friendly. Overall the rooms are clean, got a comfy king-sized bed. just that part of the bathroom accessories are old/broken and need replacement. A bit noisy at night if room is facing the main street. Would come again. Got Wifi at every floor, but need to log-in separately. Overall an ”older, classic” feeling of the hotel.

The inn is clean, the service staff is friendly, the location is very strategic because it is in the city center, especially there are many culinary foods next to this inn. very satisfying until last yesterday I chose to extend in this inn.. For the parking area is also large, as a suggestion, it may be for 2 wheelchairs, guests who stay can add a little canopy. Hope the service can be maintained or improved, thank you.

There was a vacation with friends from vampires to singawang, but after arriving in Singapore, I was confused about what hotel would you stay, when I went around, I found a hotel that was suitable in the city center, finally staying here.

Overall the room is comfortable and clean, the service is also good. There is no breakfast for this inn but it is close to the city center so it is very easy to find food. put me,maybe the motor parking lot was given a shack/roof a little more so that the toilet shower water didn’t drip on the motor or even hit the head of someone.the same hot pot was creaking too. But other than that we like the experience of staying there. The TV has many channels, hot water and air conditioning works, the water is clean and fast.
