The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space to lounge about and relax. Onsen: guests have the choice of using any of the various onsens in the whole hotel complex. They were all very good. Meals: I was expecting an amazing experience, and that is exactly what I got. Every single course was great, filled with locally sourced food. Breakfast selection was also very refined. Service: the service was again as good as expected, staff was helpful in helping us too arrange our onward plans. However most staff actually spoke very little English.
