This was our first time staying in Summerville and the experience and care of the Cambria team exceeded my expectations. My family snd I look forward to our next adventure that includes staying at a Cambria location.

We chose the Cambria Hotel because of the excellent reviews online for hotels in that area.I'm glad we did, as the positive reviews were exactly what I have to say now. A special note to compliment, Cyhthia, the front desk lady who was a delight to deal with. She was very professional and impressed me as the kind of person I would love to have working for me, if I had my own business.

I stayed at this location for Thanksgiving break. I always stay here. I know it was the holidays so I know staff was not available. My room was not that clean. I normally do not complain at all. Plus this hotel charged my room for water I believe or snacks. I did not buy anything or purchase anything during my stay. How did the charge end up on my card. I brought my own water and dinner. I had a 6 package of water that I brought from Food Lion in my home town!!! If I ever stay at this place again please do better!!!

Bad noise insulation. Above and below the sounds came through. One of the tvs in the room was defective. The safe was locked when we arrived when it was opened, there was food inside the safe. Food… guessing they don’t check the safes when people check out.

Very nice and new. Glad no carpet. A bit noisy. Could hear people above us. Probably wood construction like all the new apartments going up. Would recommend top floor.

I love this hotel. Super clean, smells great, quiet, and in the newest upcoming spot near Charleston. If you appreciate a good value and a quality stay, this is your place. No frills, no worries at this location. I will only stay here anymore!

The hotel is nicely appointed so no complaints there.
Our only issue is that some of the staff could've been better at communicating important things like that a form must be filled the night before in order to get breakfast or that there's no breakfast available on Sunday. We ended up not getting any breakfast during our stay.
Then, the safe in our room was locked and thus we could not use it. I called the front desk and was told that someone would come and take care of it, well, this never happened and the safe remained locked throughout our entire stay.
Finally, on the last day we woke up and made some coffee only to find that the creamers had already gone bad.
It's too bad that such details took away from could've been a great stay and hope management looks into this so that it doesn't happen in the future.
Would we stay in a Cambria hotel? Despite these annoying letdowns? Yes, but our patience is not likely to handle repeats of such.

This place was amazing...super clean and comfortable...if i had to pick a dowfall it would only be the water pressure in the shower...
