Door had a crack in it and it was known only at the last minute while we were checking it out. We didn't expect such a hotel with such a grave mistake. Complaint was given and we hope they have rectified the mistake. Game rooms were written in their website but it was not functioning good at all. We hence did not feel secure in the room completely.

Room The Deluxe Suite booked exceeded expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The room was well-maintained, showcasing attention to detail in every corner. The spacious layout and the quality of furnishings provided a luxurious feel, contributing to a restful stay.

Views and experience is not the same you see in the Picture. Hotels building looks old and Rooms are all shabby. Food provided in the restaurant is also average. Property says is a 4 star. But it is not even a 2 * property.

Too much mosquitoes irritating very bad .very very bad on hotel .the hotel staff not supporting us they are telling no mosquitoe max.you can contact ***ager or MD .hotel ***agement not providing mosquitoes killer.

Wonderful.place to be in for a busines trip and enjoying nature. Early morning the chirping of birds and a cool climate with a location that makes you get engrossed with nature. Just lovely and need more visits. If there was a Spa that would be excellent
