小區環境是真的好呀，一應設施俱全，露台可以看到海和小區裏的人工湖，有電磁爐可以簡單烹飪，孩子很喜歡，離海邊也不遠，可以抓魚和小螃蟹🦀️，吃飯也很方便，還可以坐小火車

現在去就是發呆，環境好，人少，海景房看日出。房間乾淨，表揚曹迎女士，我從家忘帶東西了要快遞到酒店，最後快遞到曹女士家裡，問題完美解決，謝謝！

這次旅行我們全家最最滿意的就是這個住的地方了，首先環境特別好，小區很大，風景很好，樓下方便停車，少走路，很滿意，屋裡衞生乾淨，配備齊全，主要主要服務態度太好了☺️，總之各方面都很滿意，這個位置去哪都很方便

房間衞生乾淨，小區環境優美，就是太大了，沒有看到詳細的樓導航指示圖，物業服務好，衹是小區停車場收費，房東美女給指引到小區東1門前，小區外的停車位都是免費的，建議房主協調物業，免去來住宿的遊客的停車收費，小區南2門離海邊近，我們到的晚，吃完晚飯就沒去海邊，第二天又趕去北戴河沒去南2門趕海。小區太大，第二天早上去早餐店就轉丟了，浪費了半個小時。

海景房寬敞面積大，視野很好，7號樓高層超棒，有十分鐘吧就是海邊，海水比北戴河的乾淨很多，但游泳感覺沒有北戴河的感覺好，有電磁爐可以自助蒸煮海鮮，非常Nice，老闆人很好，有求必應，有停車場，停在小區裏需要收費，我把車停在東門外的廣場上，安全也有保障！天氣涼爽，值得推薦

環境位置非常好，停車方便還免費，室內就能看見大海，室內設施齊全，衞生乾淨，樓下購物方便。總之沒有可以挑剔的地方！（最大的遺憾就是忘記拍照了）
