離西遊記漂流公園很近，酒店的飯菜很好，住的是木屋，隔音效果不好！其它都還滿意！

十年攜程會員第一次給差評，這個酒店不會再來第二次，太稀爛了，沒有服務員，垃圾堆了兩天，要求來做清潔，結果根本沒理我，户外遊樂場説是早上7點開門，結果一天都沒開，吃飯之前在我們強烈要求下開了門，我説還有十幾分鍾吃飯，孩子們進去就要出來，還是被告知一個孩子20才能進，説吃完飯還能進去玩，我們付了錢吃完飯8點來到遊樂場門口，伸手不見五指，根本就玩不了，行吧，被騙我們認了，早上9點去餐廳吃早飯，説沒有，要準備午餐的酒席，我問孩子們難道都餓着嗎？能不能幫忙炒點雞蛋飯，前台説又不是她炒，然後説你可以買方便麪，這是什麼態度，什麼服務，簡直讓人氣憤

差評差評，太多蟲子🐛，衞生間打死2條蜈蚣，外面的走廊也是蟲子遍地，衞生間的窗户逢裏是各種蟲子的聚集地！洗澡水放出來是泥巴水，渾濁不清裏面還有沙子，床上睡了一晚，渾身癢起包，沒有早餐！再也不會來了，太坑…是住過最差的條件…
