房間很乾凈，還有專門給小朋友配置的衞浴設施，早上起來可以和小動物們互動，酒店的火鍋也不錯，很開心的一次旅行，下次來還住這裏！

房間沒熱水，一共住進去4户，洗了10分鐘沒熱水了，等了一個小時才有熱水，晚上住進去躺床上一抬頭看見了蜘蛛網，就好煩，畢竟有小孩，跟客服説了有蜘蛛網，然後就沒有然後了，也沒人説句話，就扣了要的幾瓶水的錢扣完之後退了我按金就沒了，連個抱歉都沒有，無語！
所謂的大馬戲vip座位也是舞臺中間後邊的看台，前邊的軟座還要花50再買票！

森鹿酒店真的跟圖片一樣，超級漂亮。住宿體驗棒棒噠。酒店管家真是隨叫隨到，點贊👍尤其是十一出遊，在酒店住可以晚上夜遊動物園，也可以一早在遊客還沒到的時候，自駕感受小動物們的熱情❤️，總之在酒店住宿可以體驗錯峯出遊的快樂。如果在酒店用餐，餐廳還會免費贈送胡蘿蔔喂酒店內的小猴子和羊駝、小鹿

別人推薦的，開車1個多小時就到了，説推開窗户可以看到長頸鹿，不知道什麼原因，沒看到長頸鹿，看到羊駝什麼的，也算滿意，就是有些遺憾，我看裏面導航圖紙，好像是自駕區才可以看到長頸鹿，其他都還可以，大馬戲比較棒，震撼，適合帶孩子去轉轉

房間面積很大，三大兩小住着綽綽有餘，工作人員都很熱情，不停的詢問住的怎麼樣，吃的滿不滿意，訂的是上下兩層的家庭房，二樓很暖和，一樓因為沒有門，温度就沒有二樓高，羊駝藏綿羊就在陽台，推開陽台的門就可以和它們親密接觸

親子酒店，主要是乾淨衞生，總體還行，但是細節處還是不夠乾淨。比如洗手的手龍頭上全是水漬。
環境嘛，其實就是農村，周圍什麼都沒有，酒店晚上衹有火鍋，其他什麼都沒有。更別説外賣了。配套設施需要好好改進。
服務還不錯，但是要提個意見，為什麼必須下午3:00入住，第二天12點退房？那你不應該讓我退房也推遲三小時嗎？

5星好評，十分推薦，早上推開窗就能看到追逐的小鹿，管家特別好，真的是隨叫隨到，環境很好，真的是買家秀和實物完全一致，酒店早餐很符合小朋友口味。
