Nice to stay here

If you are for stopover in Suifenhe towards Russian - this is the best hotel. Walking distance to int's bus station. Clean, nice and warm. Has familiy rooms with amenities.

The hotel facilities are very poor. The slippers are awful. The floor is slippery due to the water. The breakfast is limited in variety. There's no station for the staff to make fresh food. The food isn't very tasty. The shower head in the room leaks, with a very low flow. The parking security guard at the entrance is particularly rude. He swore at guests and described them as uncultured. I don't recommend staying here.

The hotel rooms are spacious and the location is a bit remote, but quiet. It is considered a better hotel in Suifenhe. Parking is convenient and the breakfast is good.

I finally got to see what a "reverse upgrade" means! I booked a deluxe twin room, but the hotel offered to upgrade me to a triple room free of charge. I had some questions, but they kept giving me all sorts of excuses. After I debunked them, they admitted they were short on deluxe twins. I relented and agreed to the upgrade without further ado. Only when I got to the room did I realize I'd been ripped off. The room wasn't as big as they'd claimed. The so-called triple room was just a twin room with one bed crammed into it. I'd paid for a deluxe twin room but ended up in a superior twin room. Even charging my phone was a problem. The linens were a bit worn, the internet was terrible, and there were only 11 channels, some of which were completely unavailable. I was woken early in the morning by the sound of firecrackers. Later, I realized there were three wedding processions. I immediately understood why the hotel offered to upgrade me to a triple room. "Did you get your red envelopes? Where's mine?"

Came to Suifenhe for a visit, and wanted to be closer to the morning market, so I chose Yunwei for two nights. Other aspects were good, especially the generous water supply. However, I don't know if our room 8808 was the original double bed room. The power supply and switch were where the pillows were at the head of the bed, which was very inconvenient. I was afraid to sleep with a socket above my head.
