I travel(led) a great deal and am well versed in the standard that is expected at Marriott properties. We had an issue the day we checked in because I used mobile check in on the app, as requested, but apparently the hotel does not have that system, yet. Our room was not assigned when we got in after an 11 hour drive, and we did not have the additional towels and pillows I had requested. I brought my concerns to the front of the house manager and she resolved all of my concerns immediately. The rest of our 10 day stay went without a hitch. Nice property, well maintained, staff are all very friendly.
