Camere in pessime condizioni, senza alcun conforts. Riscaldamento guasto, freddo nelle stanze all'inverosimile, le coperte disponibili, di cui una elettrica, sicuramente mai lavata era sporca e piena di polvere e cmq non hanno risolto il problema. L'acqua corrente scompariva ogni sera alle 23,00 circa, il personale che cercava di risolvere il problema, senza ottenere alcun risultato, bussava alla camera per accertarne la carenza, alle ore notturne più disparate. Asciugamani bidè più volte richieste e mai pervenute.

Wir hatten 2 Nächte mit Frühstück Anfang Oktober 2023 gebucht
und bekamen im 2. Stock ein ordentlich eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hof zur Straße hin. Das Haus ist und das Zimmer ist in klassischem alten Stil schön ausgestattet. Preislich war es günstig.
(Wir hatten Glück, da die Räumlichkeiten unterschiedlich gut sein sollen - d. h. unser Zimmer war sehr gut)
Grundsätzlich gibt/gab es ein gutes Frühstück und alles war für uns in Ordnung. Gerne kommen wir wieder mal nach Fiuggi in dieses Hotel.
Ein Vorteil der kleinen, netten Stadt ist der Direktbus nach Rom.

Personale di ricevimento gentile e disponibile. Colazione buona. Camera piccola - non rispettava la metratura di una camera matrimoniale. Bagno cieco senza finestra e areatore. Pulizia scarsa - asciugamani e lenzuola cambiati solamente dopo le lamentele al terzo giorno di soggiorno.
