SSuhaila NazeriNice place, near to many shops since it's above shopping mall. Owner gave fast response and always guided me on how to check in and check out. They also prepared towels according to number of guests. The parking is a bit tricky but you'll manage if you follow the instructions carefully. There is also games provided in the living room. The tv is also a smart TV so you can access to YouTube. Overall it was a great stay.

I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel.
I was allocated an interconnecting room, which I was not aware of at the time of check-in. Unfortunately, noise from the adjoining room continued until around 1:00 a.m., making it difficult for me to fall asleep. The noise then started again at approximately 6:00 a.m., further affecting my rest. I would appreciate it if you could kindly advise why an interconnecting room was assigned, especially when the neighboring room was occupied by guests unknown to me.
In addition, I would like to highlight some concerns regarding room hygiene. I noticed hair in several areas of the room, and there were also blood stains on the pillowcase, which was quite concerning.
I hope this feedback can be taken constructively, as I believe it will help improve the comfort and experience of future guests. I look forward to your kind attention to these matters.

AAnonymous UserI'm impressed this hotel is good in terms of room which is very specious like old hotels used to be. Very reasonable price and parking space is available. So convenient for business travellers. Some restaurants nearby also.
Only thing is the key card was a bit less sensitive, had to tap few times at the lift and for room access. A bit troublesome at that time. Otherwise everything is good. May consider this hotel again if I have any business near the area next time.

GGuest UserThe resort suite is located right below Sunway Pyramid Hotel. There are plenty of shops located opposite right across the street like 7-Eleven, ABC Restaurant and KFC. The only flaw is have to walk down the stairs to get to B1 of Resort Suites to get to the correct lift lobby. Only on the last day was I informed by the security that I can actually take the carpark lift which linked level 1 and B1 of sunway pyramid hotel.
Key collection is hassle free, instructions are clear to collect and return keys.
It’s very convenient to walk to Pyamid Mall, which is linked through pyramid hotel. Just at level 1 u will see Din Tai Feng and even Hai Di Lao Hotpot.

AAlongaipaizhao性價比非常高的酒店，但是呢，離雙威學校太遠了，走路基本上是不可能到的，如果要打車去購物或者學校的話，其實不划算了，因為打車都得二十多塊，這個酒店的設施是可以的，比較新，但是有油漆和塑料的裝修味道原本可能是一個足球俱樂部的招待所，沒有什麼人在管理，沒有值班的人員衹有一台入住和離店的機器，如果在平台上訂會被重複收取時馬幣的旅遊税，記得找店員退退一下，前提是你能找得到店員

Kkaixuan_dora1225The hotel does provide breakfast, and when we asked the staff, they said breakfast was from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. However, when we went downstairs for breakfast the next morning, we asked the staff, and they said breakfast was already over. It was only 10:00 AM, and there was still an hour until 11:00 AM. Why was breakfast over already? It was clearly stated that breakfast would be served until 11:00 AM.
Then, the bathroom light in the hotel room started to break, and the light became dimmer and dimmer. Around midnight, there were people talking loudly outside the door, making it impossible to sleep. The strangest thing was that around 3 a.m., someone kept knocking on our door and trying to open it, which made us very uneasy.

The room & washroom are small & functional, BUT I can hear a lot of noises from my 2nd floor & the room above. On my 2nd & 3rd night stays, I experienced 2 groups of inconsiderate guests:
1. Parents w 1 or 2 kids from same 2nd floor crying, playing &, talking loudly from 1-3am & all their noises can be heard clearly. Worst still, I had to call the receptionist 3-4 times on my 3rd night to ask the receptionist to speak to that group of guests to be a bit more considerate & lower their noise level before he came up.
2. The room above me always had noises like heavy things dropping or turning around the bed, which can be heard clearly too. 🤦♂️
Will give a 2.5 out of 5 stars due to the noises, including shower noise from the hotel room opposite mine on 2nd night + the inattentiveness by the night duty receptionist with numerous calls required.
Other than the above, I think the morning duty receptionists are nice, understanding & accommodating. Do bring along your own slipper as it is not provided.
