I've stayed with this hotels more than 4 times, the location is great. But most of the room is without window, the soundproof is really bad, reading lights beside the bed always spoiled. It is good if the room provide bath-mat and room slippers. Most of the room I've stayed before have strong cigarettes smell although I already requested non-smoking rooms/floors.

location wise is good as it is near to Taipan LRT station, which is within walking distance. However, there was a coffee (or tea?) leftover in a plastic takeaway in the room when I checked in, which could be left by previous travellers? or hotel staff? and the carpet flooring is kinda dusty, it kept me sneezing, and there was no slippers provided. I hope the hotel management would consider to change to carpet flooring to tiles and improve on their hygiene. overall this hotel is a budget hotel, can't expect too much from budget price. otherwise, hotel staff was polite and helpful.

The price is definitely cheap, the room given is very spacious for 4 people and is very tidy. The bathroom is clean too but advice using own shower products as the provided shower products is usable but not recommended. The breakfast provided is limited in choice but delicious nonetheless. Location is very accessible to nearby shops. For car parking spots, need to depend on luck as there is a lot of people in nearby area.

Whoever said this Hotel is worth booking is probably crazy. I don't care about the look as I only paid RM60/night BUT I do care about the cleanliness, the smell, the service. Ew. I don't think they ever clean the blanket after each guests. Really bad smell on blankets. There were hair on bed and pillows. Also, there are torn parts on blankets and sheets. At around 8am the receptionist is playing a very loud hindi song. Oh, and both of the receptionist aren't friendly at all (no eye contacts no smile)
