4 Star Hotels in Stuttgart

Nice hotel. The breakfast room is spacious and bright. The location is in the center. It is very convenient. Next to it is the rewe supermarket, which meets the needs of daily necessities. The ubahn berliner platz is convenient for travel. The hotel staff are very polite. It is a pleasant trip.

We had preciously stayed at the Aloft in Munich, and were impressed enough to choose the Aloft chain again for a recent short visit to Stuttgart. We were not disappointed. The hotel is conveniently located a few steps from the UBahn (one stop from the Hauptbahnhof and a couple of stops away from the main centre) and is part of a new shopping complex with a range of stores and eating outlets. Facilities are modern, clean and well appointed, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. We were especially impressed with the helpfulness of the reception staff, all of whom went out of their way to look after our needs. One of our party was without vital medication, and hotel reception took the trouble both to identify the best local medical centre to obtain a prescription and to give detailed directions for finding it. We would certainly stay here again for future visits to the city.

The room is spacious and clean though it’s a bit noisy at night due to its location with a few bars beside it and is located the opposite side of the hotel building where you are given a key to access the building that is without reception. The location is convenient with a S-bahn station in 5 minutes walk and the marktplaz where the Christmas market is within 15 minutes walk. The breakfast is very nice as well. However, the staff is not very attentive and did not offer help proactively for carrying my heavy luggage from the entrance with some stairs.

We enjoyed our stay! There is a small selection of vegan options available at breakfast, which is great :)

There is a big shopping mall nearby, there is everything to eat and wear, the subway station is also nearby, the traffic is very convenient, the connection to the nearby attractions is not far away, the room is not big, except for the refrigerator, everything else is there.

When you come into the hotel there is such a nice smell, the surroundings were also very good😍. The room... very clean and all the staff are friendly. What I missed in the room was a shoehorn😅. But otherwise, as I said, everything was very good.🤗🤭

My daughter is based in the Army in Stuttgart, so I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. I have to say that except for one young woman, the Reception staff was the most inhospitable that I have ever encountered. It started with my arrival. I had a confirmed reservation, had checked in on line, and had informed the hotel that I would be arriving late. When I arrived, the reception clerk spent 10 minutes working on the computer and mumbling something before finally informing me that they had no room for me. They did offer to send me to another hotel and then I could either move back to the Pullman or stay at the other hotel. Of course, I had no idea how close this hotel was or any other information. I insisted that there must be a room there -- and they finally said that there was a suite available for one night and that I would have to move the following morning (which I did). Through all of this, there were no apologies for the inconvenience nor any offered compensation for the inconvenience of having to change rooms. They acted like I was being unreasonable for insisting on a room. During my stay, if I needed anything from the front desk, I frequently had to wait while they finished not one -- but several tasks and took a new phone call while I waited. Not once did I see a smile on anyone's face. I was not alone in receiving this treatment -- and noticed that other customers were treated equally as rudely. The room was comfortable, although the carpet always looked dirty. The housecleaning was undependable -- some days they came and some days they did not. I have stayed in other Pullman hotels, and this one did not meet the standards of the chain for cleanliness, and custome service.

Relatively new / or renovated hotel. We received a free upgrade and had accordingly a quite large room that was very clean and quiet. Very good and fast WiFi and super friendly staff.

Very satisfied with this new hotel with high cost performance, design, comfort and location. The room is large, with a very high floor height, harmonious colors, user-friendly design and reasonable layout. It's very convenient to go anywhere. This is the only hotel in this trip that gave me the room type I booked without any negotiation. Because I found that in Europe, as long as you are Chinese, you will usually be downgraded to a smaller or worse room type if you pay extra for a good room type. In the end, you have to go to the front desk to negotiate to get the room type you reserved. This hotel is the only hotel that didn't bully me this time and directly booked me a room type. It must be rated as five stars! Another tip, if you don’t speak English well, when booking a room in Europe, book a basic room. Don’t pay extra to book a different room type, because if nothing else, they will definitely give you a worse room type. This is based on my experience. , this time I booked a 1-1 night stay, but there were only 3 attempts to change rooms without re-negotiation, which made my stay very frustrating. On other days, I have to negotiate at the front desk every day, which is very tiring!

In the room of 1400 a night, except for the bed quilt, bath water, towel, toilet paper, even a bottle of water, the service is too bad. The price is very low. Breakfast is barely passable, fried eggs and egg rolls to tell the waiter, do now, you can also sit outside the garden. Not far from the train station, but also have to walk for a while.
