The room is clean and tidy. It takes about 7-8 minutes to walk to the train station. It is also very convenient to walk to the Royal Palace Square and the pedestrian street. Breakfast is buffet. There are many places to eat on the pedestrian street

The room cost 1,400 per night. Apart from the bed quilt, bath water, towels and toilet paper, there was not even a bottle of water. The service was also very poor. Low cost performance. Breakfast is barely passable. You have to ask the waiter for omelettes and egg rolls to be freshly made. You can also sit outside in the garden. It's not far from the train station, but you still have to walk for a while. The area around the train station is undergoing major renovations, making it difficult to walk around. Stuttgart is not big and public transportation is convenient.

There is no heating, but the air conditioning is good and there is a subway at the door

Great accommodation experience, worth staying for everyone. The hotel is clean and great. Parking is very convenient and easy to find. It is worth visiting for everyone. It is the first choice for business trips and reasonable room prices.

New hotel, new design, new concept, new height

The room is comfortable, but there are not many restaurants around. It is not far to walk to the city center and is close to the train station.

Older, but surprisingly good breakfast

We had been looking forward to a two day stay in Stuttgart from 15-17 June 2024 where we booked Kronenhotel. When we arrived late we got our room - but we found out the aircondition was not working - and the temperature was very like a sauna in the room. People at the reception was laughing at us - and gave us an electrical propel that was very noisy. We had to sleep with open window, so we were woken up at 5am. This is not very good for us as a family because my son has a cronic illness. Staff was just laughing and said that it is not their problem. I do not agree - kronenhotel advertise with good service including aircondition - so they have not delivering the service we have bought. I will recommend you to book another hotel as they staff and owners dosent care about our complaint - and laughing of what we are saying. My recommendation - stay at another hotel

Excellent breakfast. Good location. Close to the train station, 7-8 minutes by foot. Easy to walk to the center and other interesting places.

I visited Christmas markets in Stuttgart and stayed in Kronen hotel for one night. Hotel is a 10 minute walk from Christmas market. Hotel provides on-site parking for €18 a day. hotel is very clean, staff is very friendly and their services is good. All Stuff members speak English. Elizabeth was an amazing host who made our breakfast experience even more special. is an added, bonus hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas.

Stayed for one night with colleagues as it was very close to the main train station. Check in was easy and a nice touch of water and fruit available for guests in reception. Room was very cozy and like the hotel itself spotless clean. Breakfast is very good, be sure you have it great choice and good coffee. The best part though is the staff, we had gone out for dinner (the hotel does not have a restaurant for evening food) and on the way back I had left my glasses in the taxi (as I later found out). I had no number or anything else for the taxi as the restaurant had booked it for us. We had gone to the bar for a drink when I discovered this and I asked the lady on reception if she could ring the restaurant to see if I had left them there, As it happened I had not but she managed to track down the taxi and had them returned to me, it must have taken her about 30 minutes. This level of care for guests is rare these days and I wish I had taken note of her name to thank her again. This was a representation of all the staff I interacted with her customer care is important to them. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Was visiting for the Cannstatt, which is a good time. Accommodations are fantastic. Large, quiet, and clean room. Bed was comfortable. Good proximity to the main train station, U-, and S-Bahn. Very helpful front desk staff who are clearly service-oriented. Area itself did not seem to have many dining choices since it was largely residential or part of the University. But there are plenty of options a stop or short walk away.

My 2nd and lost stay in this hotel. It was not a great succes. I slept 3 nights mid September. And temperatures during the day were around 25/30. The room was very very hot. The AC did not work. The manager came and told me it will not work under 20. Yes. But it’s almost 30… all in all I have had this discussion 3 times. Manger just refuses to take any responsibility. Very impolite. “You are sweating, you are the only one, I can not help it”. Open the window of your hot. Well for a 3 night stay for 450 euros. This is the most rudest answer ever. My only advice. Skip this hotel. And skip room 165 if you consider…. Staff at reception is rude, manager is rude. Bar is always empty and not cozy at all… only good thing? The breakfast buffet is outstanding. And the managers wife is very friendly. Maybe she can teach him and the team some hospitality lessons.
